I didn’t stay at the hotel because of the smell It smelled bad as soon as I walked in the front doors It was close to the bowling center

Expensive outdated. The room temperature was horrible. Addressed with front desk. Never was fixed.

If check out is at 12 then have house cleaning wait till then House cleaning comming into the room wile accupide and check out times is at 12 and they cleared the rooms as chek out at 10 Yes soft and comfy

Very Poor My room was dirty, drawers in the room were not cleaned. I found trash in the top drawer along with car keys with a car fob. I turned the keys into the front desk Terrible mold in the bathroom. I took pictures and showed the front desk. The shower tub filled with water to my ankles while I showered. Disgusting I felt the room was dirty from the previous guest. Housekeeping did not do a through job cleaning. The property looked nice and seemed good at check in. But once I got to my room it was bad.

Next time some place else. I requested a smaller room, but I didn't realize that the smaller room would come with a sink that didn't drain well, a air handler that made incredable noises, and a small number of ants. The food in the area was okay except for the night we ate in the pub.

Booking.com screwed me over and I will be more diligent in making sure I don't get railroaded again. The room we were put in was NOT the room I booked! I paid almost triple for certain amenities that were important to me that I did not receive. Was informed I was given the room Booking.com reserved for me but they could put me in the room I wanted for an additional fee! I already paid extra upfront for the room I wanted. Will look at other options for my next stay. Rooms are way overpriced for what it provided. Staff is not very knowledgeable with helping to understand your total bill (resort fees, etc.). Blackjack tables were all high limit ($25 minimum), while several tables just remain idle and empty. Property was clean. Location is great.
