Poor No computers available -- sent to next door hotel where the service were "closed". Next day found out they charge fees for this service, I've never had this experience at a major hotel anywhere in the world. Room A/C was marginal at best.

Misery Check in staff horrible Unknowledgeable rude very disappointing and very long wait. Very, very unfriendly staff and bars are not attended during the day. Nothing

Terrible horrible and horrendous. Check in staff was horrendous rude unknowledgeable and very very long wait. Bars in the casino had no staff workers so bring your own liquor. Location and breakfast

Really nice stay, but disappointing security and service. Promised that parking was secure only to have a motorcycle trailer stolen out from under the security cameras. It’s a casino, can catch cheaters and cons, but not thieves. Fun to stay at. Really enjoyed the nightlife.

Won’t go back Smoking floors have a view of the nasty roof. Awful king mattress. Bathroom lighting is terrible, no way a person could put on makeup. Pool closes at 7pm. Typical bad TV with very few channels.

Adequate Room was old. Furniture was worn. Numerous remodel attempts were apparent. Food service closed to early. Restaurants served average food. not a lot

First time stay, won't return. Better options in Reno for the money. AC not working well in room, was hot and they did not have a fan when asked. Rooms are small, and I had reserved a king bed which upon checkin they did not have/sold out - and so had a double room instead. Location to event and adjacent to better casino. It was clean.
