Bathroom floor was very dirty. The couch looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. Carpet didn’t look clean either. Overall probably not going to stay here again

I upgraded my room so that we could get a rollaway as we had five people and the room I had reserved couldn't fit a rollaway. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. I was told the upgraded room had two couches that could be turned into beds- when I heard this I assumed that they folded out and had bedding to make them up with, when i called down the girl said she told me they could be slept on!
