We didn’t get the experience you advertised!! Not to mention the homeless asking for money. The restaurant was not open for breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday. Lack of tables open for card games We had 5 people that wanted to play Let it ride There were people standing around, a dealer standing at an empty table for an hour and we were told by the pit boss that he couldn’t move the dealer because she had to stay at her table for black Jack who had no players at the table (just standing there). we had our fire alarm in our room ... read more

I demand a discount The room was dirty, there was dirt on the beds, there was hair and stained sheets. I have never been in a hotel as dirty as this one. #2 I lost my cell phone in the casino and they were not able to check the cameras nothing I really did not like bad service

Ok The guest service gentleman was rude. The room was dated. We didn't receive cleaning one day, as we requested. They ran out of pillows. Housing keeping was very quick to respond. The location of the hotel.
