mediocre at best the first room we were placed in was cold, small old and the shower was broken, pieces all over the floor of the shower, we called down and we’re told it would be fixed in an hour. I had to bath in the jacuzzi in the room. we left came back at 1130 pm and it still was not fixed. I called back down to the desk and got a customer service rep who was extremely rude and told me when I complained that it still was not fixed and I wanted to move that “ it I continued having an attitude she would refuse to help me”... read more

Poor The bathroom was small. The tub had a broken jet. There where spots in the floor that seemed to have had water damage. Bed linens where stained. A couple of the Valet people where rude. They kept claiming that they toyota they brought up was mine, when in fact I do not own a Toyota. Then thought that giving me attitude about the difference between my car and a Toyota was a good idea. The valet also tried to charge us every time we pick up our vehicle. The bed was like sleeping on a giant spring.

1st Reno visit and very disappointing! Room cold! Not many eating options, rooms outdated! Tub didn't drain! Nothing to do, no attractions or tours! Bowling was only thing&probably won't be back for that either! Location was about only good thing!

Fair I was at my room and a security open my room saying that I was not sopouse to be in that room that the room needed be evacuated my kid was so scared and could not sleep after that happen this was around 12:30 mid night. So dissapointed for this.
