Service was horrible On top of the front desk/ manager being extremely rude about getting a room that had NOT been smoked in, the hotel is really outdated and I won't stay here again. The managers name was Christina or Kristina

Overall, 3 star casino hotel’s condition.. Unfortunately, double charge for Fee from front of desk. Not carelessly, customer’s service.: Not even properly communicated with customer. No idea, How long takes a time to get my refund money. It ruined my vacation..Thank you, Eldorado.
I like that water is in the room every time in this property unlike others in the Row. Never had an issue at this property before, but the heat was broken on this trip. Good food options and convenience. If I wasn’t so tired, I would have changed rooms.
This was by far our worst experience going to Reno. We were given a room that had a view of service equipment (air conditioning units), nothing else. The pool closes at 7:00pm?? Overall the hotel room area was old and had a bad odor. Inside the Casio was pretty good and the restaurant selection was great. We usually stay at GSR but the rooms were not available so we thought we would try something new. Boy was that a bad decision. Good luck with your stay.
