No help at all I lost my debit card that day and was unable to check in. At this point I have yet to hear back from the hotel or booking.com regarding whether or not I'll be able to receive a refund. I would have liked to have better customer service, the hotel staff were really no help at all.

Rude employee Staff was rude and impatient and treated me less than. Did not have time to deal with me so I could check in. Had more important work to do. They wouldn't even let me check in.

Wish I stayed somewhere else because the pictures were deceiving and the rooms were much more dated than what I saw. much more dated than what was pictured. the rooms did not look like the picture at all. very old good location and the shuttle to and from the airport was nice

We were there for the bowling tournament to watch our sun. The room wasn't very clean I was walking on sharp objects on the carpet. We could not regulate the heat it was super hot in there we could not cool it down. I like the location of the motel..

Disappointing The room was like sleeping in a closet. The shower hit us in the chest. We almost had t get on our knees to wash our hair. Mllie's was only open Sunday. We had to go the the Silver Legacy for meals. The staff was very kind.

old nasty rooms, not like in pictures the rooms in pictures look completely different from really. I was supposed to have a birthday photo shoot in a luxury room but when I got there was shocked: nasty old room, very ugly view, no space to even walk in it. I went back to the lobby to ask for a better room for my photo shoot, the ladies in the lobby started arguing if they should send me to the neighbor hotel or offer me an upgrade so they ended up making me buy an upgrade for double the price I was supposed to pay for a room... read more

Poor that Bookings . com charged us a resort fee and we were also charged a resort fee from the hotel.. We were informed that Bookings.com should not have charged us
