Not much to like. They charge you a ghost resort fee 40 bucks a day. You can't order room service, without spending at least 50 bucks. I ended up going to Cal Neva to eat my meals. I've had better rooms for 25 bucks a night, than the 200 a night I was charged, not even counting the ghost resort fees your charged when you check out!!!

Toilet sets to low it feels like you are going to fall to the floor, please replace with chair height toilet, chairs in the room very uncomfortable, hair dryer kept going off, air conditioner would not go lower than 68 degrees and we were burning up, couldn’t get front desk to answer phone and maintenance would not answer either, not enough trash cans in room, all in all not happy with the room, l could go on but I will stop, l had a much better room at the Legecy, but tried Eldorado and sorry I did!

Not a happy camper My wife has arthritis and was looking forward to using the spa room. The problem was that it is impossible for a partially disabled person to use the spa. It was tall and deep, with no pictures of a way to get in or out. There were no steps to get in and no safety rails to help get in or get out making it impossible for anyone with a handicap to use. My wife, nor I, were going to try to "roll" into or out of that useless "spa". Our "view room" was overlooking the roof, with no views at all to speak of. Als... read more
