was great but place needs to be serviced hot tub wasn’t working properly water wouldn’t stay in water wasn’t hot great room but not worth the price bed was so comfortable

uncomfortable Furniture and carpet are very old. No night stand on one side of the bed. Heater does not work well. Shower is out of date.and not very safe.

loved the room but bed was horrible. not sure if I would go back the bed was broken in the middle. we hurt the entire time we were there. elevators up to the 18th floor were over crowded it was clean and had a good view

I was very disappointed in my stay and will stay at a different location on my next stay room looking out at huge air conditioners. poor quality of food at restaurants, no coffee shops open till 7:00 in the morning if your an early riser nothing is open. close location to train station

Did not live up to its reputation I waited a week to post this review. Still feel dissatisfied. I arrived at this hotel and casino after driving by myself for 565 miles. I really wanted to unwind. After check in I went down to the casino and none of the bars I found were open. I put $50 through video poker and did not get so much as a bottle of water. Fair muy inconforme yo page por un parking el cual tuv que buscar donde poner mi carro porque el hotel no tenía parking estaba lleno muy mal que cobren tanto está grande el cuarto muy cómodo
