Out dated. Worst shower ever. I am only 5’9” and I towered above the shower head. Both queen beds were so wore out that one side of each at the head area was 10-12” below the rest of the bed.
Not worth money..remember when service was a thing Told to park somewhere else by valet because full, charged for valet and not told till time to leave, one person at checkin counter forced to use machine to check in. Phlem on sink counter from previous occupant...
The $20 surcharge for checking in one hour before the 3 o’clock check-in time is ridiculous.
Downtown Reno has become a ghost town, and Eldorado and the Ceasar Row properties are doing their share to keep it that way. At check-in, the Eldorado system was down, and a couple of employees were at the desk on their phones, not acknowledging the line of people at the desk. Dirty, dingy common areas. Very limited dining during the week. Escalators broken/out of service, and no one working on them. I heard guests complaining that their rooms were broken into. Certainly NOT the same experience as a few years ago.
Non-smoking room had strong odor of marijuana. Very noisy inside and outside late at night. Could not adjust the air conditioning so room was very cold. Requested blankets were never delivered. The staff was very polite but not helpful. Horrible experience!

Services was lousy and services agent was overcharge my room for one night staying and I will not go back again.
No complaints about the physical property and maintenance but having paid a $42 "resort fee" I should be able to use the pool after my late check-in and before my early check-out the next day. However, the pool is open only 9-7 pm. The front desk said the "resort fee" includes wifi (which is free in most hotels) and the pool hours depend on the weather. Harveys Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino (same weather) where I was the night before charges $25 and the pool is open 6 am to 10 pm.
