Fair For the price we paid we should have had a larger room. We paid over $500. for a 10 by 10 foot room for 2 nights and the bathroom was not much bigger than a handicap stall. Disappointed in what we got. Also I asked for more coffee for our room and after 2 1/2 hours I gave up waiting for it. The hotel/casino is conveniently located near other casinos and close to the highway, and other nearby attractions. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

Poor Never give that room to anyone that you may want to return The first room they gave me was the size of a closet. The heater/ air conditioner did not work. The water streamed out of the faucet and then the shower head did not work. They did change my room for night 2 . But my impression was already very negative

Get new management The management and staff were condescending and rude The only thing worth it there was the valet attendant we were treated with so much respect from them.

one of our rooms flooded and we had to relocate to another floor. the location of the hotel

fair but I am disappointed in our treatment and attitude of some staff i called a couple times to complain of neighbors partying all night long as well as I made a complaint to security. i didn’t feel listened to and was told they didn’t listen the first time because they thought I was a child. the following day I myself handled the neighbor and their partying and went knocking to request they stop since security didn’t do their job. i had a child who didn’t sleep but a couple hours a night each night of our stay and I was u... read more

Peaceful for the occasion No room service from hotel kitchen had to order from restaurants & pay a $15 room service fee & if you went to order on site @ restaurant there was a $2 take out fee. So many fees BUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…. No room service

Very Poor Sportsbook staff were rude and not accomodating when asked about sports. Cashier was rude. 1 Bartender was downright obnoxious. It felt like were causing him pain asking to be served.
