Going downhill. Our original room reeked of Marijuana, and the second room we were put in had an AC that struggled so much to cool the room we purchased a small fan to put on the counter in our room. The location in Reno and the heated pool.

Could have been better and couldn't wait to go back home The A/C was broke in my room the entire stay and was completely uncomfortable!!! the location was good

average at best. air conditioning didn’t work well and the toilet always needed to be refilled by opening the tank lid and repositioning the refill hose.

It was ok. I didn’t appreciate the attitude of the management in charge during my check in. The shower was in terrible condition. The shower handle could easy come off. The water was dripping from everywhere that it was hard to get a good stream of water from shower head. I appreciated the location of the property. it was close to everything, a central location. I also enjoyed the mattress and pillows.

Horrible stay + way over charged It was not clean and the refrigerator didn't work properly so my diabetes medication was ruined. Also we couldnt see anything out our window because machines were in the way. We were over charged for our room and stay. It says here you booking.com charged us for the resort fees and taxes and everything but then when we checked out of the hotel they charged us for 65.55 + 34.37 for each night on top of what we paid here at booking.
