The pool was closed almost the ENTIRE time in JULY! Yet, we were still charged the ridiculous resort fees. I was also charged to check in 30 min early. The staff is rude and it isn’t a safe are.
Waited for 3 hours to get the air conditioner working. Called and text 3:00 to 4 times finally got it working and then it would only work for a few minutes at a time.
More than half of the time spent the ac unit didn’t get cold. Wasn’t until 10pm or so when it finally cooled down to 69-70 my room was 78 degrees most of the time
Check in was not ready had to wait 20 minutes for the room to be ready
Gave me a smoking room. Place is gross
Ripoff I registered early, because we arrived in the morning. Had to pay $20 per room extra for checking in early. There was rooms available. I had two rooms. $40 extra. I thought it was a ripoff! But I paid it! I didn’t want to wait till 4pm to check in.

I booked this hotel at least 8 - 9 months in advance. We first got a 5th floor room that looked right out to all the AC units. When we asked for a higher room in the same category the manager put us up ONE floor and was very snippy about it being 1st come 1st serve - when we got there at 4:30PM (not very long after check in time). Considering we have stayed in the same hotel for 6 years in a row, I would have expected much better service...and the fact that we booked WAY in advance!! Very disappointed by the manager!!
