Hotel has potential if managed correctly I did not like the Late night bartender. He was very rude and comparable to a theif, he clearly was raising drink prices to accommodate himself with tips, obviously didnt understand that tips are given as a reward to good service and they are not something that he was entitled to automatically. He was also rude to the other patrons that were present because of their unfortunate financial positions. The Check in Clerk “Maggie” was very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable! The Check in Clerk Maggie was very rude & unknowledgeable, she insisted that I did not have reservations, I booked my room & it was paid for weeks prior to checking in, she charged me for a Suite which was $300.00 more which I did not ask for, she said I made the initial reservation and cancelled it, I told her that was back in July for a different day, then she said you are not in our system after giving her my online confirmation number, she did... read more

Awful The place was low quality. Loud outside. Hotel guest banging on the door at 3am. Checked out at 4am. Forgot an important book in the room and the book was never located by anyone. Knowing exactly where I left it.
