they give us different room our room was not ready, and it was really old not the new I requested, not going back I was really disappoint..
Not for everyone
Bad stay I would like some sort of a refund , first thing is the parking was horrific , the room location in the property was way too far from casino, front desk, restaurants , and actual casino, the room itself was old, out dated furniture, set up, bed and amenities sub par on a gd day . Bathroom was small, for a deluxe two queens not worth it , please give me a refund, thank you
The bed felt like it hadn't been replaced for at least 10 yrs. Coffee pot didn't work. I disapprove of the areas turning into a club and barley clothed females on Fri and Sat night. Families bring childern with them to Reno and they don't need to be exposed to that type of enviroment. I have stayed in all 3 establishments in the past and enjoyed it. This time I was disappointed. Stepped outside and felt like we were in a third world country. Everything was in filthy dilapidated condition.the stench permeated the air. Not the Reno we knew.
Way over priced Way more hidden fees. It took over 3 or more hours to take a bath due to shower had black hair clogged in the drain. So one day was shot due to not being able to take a bath or shower. The fees that are in small print are outrageous.
Room was very smelly. AC did not work. Everything was extremely outdated and felt very dirty. Pool was uninviting. No shade and small compared to the other casino resorts. Very disappointing for a Cesar’s resort. Expected better. We were booked for 1 night but actually ended up leaving in the middle of night to head home. Rough stay.
