Not handicap friendly Everything Phone didn’t work. Shower would not drain unless you sat in there and kept the drain open. No microwave. Did not have my reservation will not stay again Nothing

Disappointing The communication with my deposit and the reservation. I am still being charge the deposit without regards to my room.

Disappointing Price and location of things in the hotel It was hard to find certain things because of the set up and the room was very overpriced and nothing was really open so that was a bummer :(

not relaxing at all The Door had a 3 " gap at the bottom (room 1063) and we could hear every little noise in the hall and adjoining rooms, Called front desk they told us there was nothing they could do, and I should call security about the noise. The food at the Roxi was amazing
