The salesman did not give me the correct pricing for the insulated garage door which he discovered when he called his office. Rather than provide me with the correct pricing, he told me to call the office my self. I told him to have the office call me AND requested they provide a detailed written quote with the correct pricing and the salesman told me the office contact is very busy and repeated that I would have to call. Free assessment for intermittently fully-closing gates (about every third click they would close completely) & left us with INOPERABLE entry gates actually left one open & one closed!! & keypad which worked now shows no wording & makes no sounds!What?!? They worked until he did things to them gave us a quote for $13K!! and left us with NOT working gates on a Friday for a NEIGHBORHOOD with houses under ************************** It worked (just not perfectly) before he messed with it for the free assessment. I am furious!!

I called in September because my garage door springs broke.The tech came out & began the repair.A little while later I was upstairs working and the tech called for my help.I went into the garage and saw the tech pushing, yanking & pulling on one of the internal panels in efforts to raise the door ***** soon as he moved away from that area I noticed that it was now bent & warped from him yanking on it. The charges were unacceptable. Started at.$1,400.00 then to $600.00. Those charges were ridiculous. They would not honor the contract with the warranty that had another year on it.

Absolutely terrible experience.. technician came out, I explained what was going on and without even looking at the door and components, he started naming off all the new parts I needed and continuously explained how there were no alternatives to the repair. The quote started off at $2,500, and within ***** min it magically dropped to $1,600. I contacted Elite on 2/15/24 for a replacement door. The initial salesperson came 2/16/24 and provided a quote for a replacement door and opener. The initial quote was higher than I would have expected so he said he would be back after he talked to his supervisor. He came back with a reduced quote and offered discounts for the opener and door. I was given a quote of $1200 to replace my garage opener, rollers and springs. I agreed to the job. While unloading the new parts from his truck, I noticed the repair man had brought in different cable drums and end bearing plates. After replacing the opener and during the spring replacement I was told I needed new cable drums and end bearing plates. Also a new center bearing. I was told these parts were an additional $475. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE COMPANY !!!! FIRST , I CONTACTED THEM TO GIVE ME A EST ON A DAMAGE GATE *** PAD., THE OFFICE PERSON TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND A SERVICE TECH OUT..
