Dr. Michael Merz is so kind and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I had a total hip replacement nearly 3 weeks ago at the Triangle Surgery Center and I felt cared for throughout the process. He is extremely skilled and has an amazing bedside manner, a combination that is hard to find.
Dr. Merz is very easy to talk with. He is a good listener and responds to questions in a manner easily understandable. He is quite patient and never rushes our appointment. He continues to provide excellent post surgery care and keeps me informed about my progress.
Everyone was so professional, I did not wait for a long time to get the procedure done, their where lots of smiles, the atmosphere was extremely calm and peaceful, the whole facility worked as a team ,and finally Dr.Merz did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Merz is very knowledgeable. He listens and never rushes me taking time to address all my concerns in a way I can understand. He is incredibly attentive, his major concern is that he is giving me the best care in recommending other options if one doesn’t work explaining in detail how they work. He is very polite, patient, friendly, caring and compassionate. He is like family and I’m blessed to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him.
