I would honestly have to say that they have the Best Employees anywhere!! My mother has been to a few rehabilitation hospitals and this place is by far the Best. The case manager has called me twice as well as the therapist. I have set up a time to go and watch the therapy so I can see how my mother is doing and what her capabilities are. The staff that works with my mother are caring, compassionate and loving to their patients. No just my mother , but to her roommate that is bedridden. I have to say that I'm very surprised by all the negative comments and poor reviews. I spent a month at Braintree from January 4 through February 6, 2018. The nurses were all very good and attentive they understood by condition and how to treat it appropriately and were readily available. The OT AND the PT staff were extraordinarily good and with encouragement got me up and about and ready to return home. The doctors visited me daily and my information was seamlessly delivered to Tufts cardiology so that they were always aw... read more

I spent 3 weeks here after brain Surgery at BWH. When I arrived I was using a walker to get around. Within 5 days I was using a cane. The nurses and therapists I encountered were all wonderful. They worked me hard. I was concerned with going home as I live in a second floor apartment in an old two family with steep stairs with narrow treads. The last time I went home when I was released from BWH I collapsed going up the stairs due to a Pulmonary Embolism. I recently had a friend at Braintree rehab after a severe traumatic brain injury. The place was amazing. Physicians were extremely involved in care. He was see by a neurologist almost everyday. The therapy Department and equipment was definitely top notch.

My husband was recently a patient at this facility. I can't believe how much the overall atmosphere and care has improved since he was there a year and a half ago. The facility seems to have added staff and changed policies and attitudes. I was told they are under new management and it is obvious that the new group cares about patients, not just profits The therapists were professional, yet compassionate.
