I took out the insurance. After thinking about it, I decided to cancel. Had no issue with canceling, and got my money back. The problem is they are sending letters advising my coverage has lapsed. I have called several times and aske that they stop sending letters. My request are falling on deaf ears.

I RECEIVED SNAIL MAIL FROM THIS COMPANY ADDRESSED TO ***** was an official looking letter with deceptive wording. Iit spoke in terms that they were notifying me of an extension to a contract that the wording implies that I had previously entered into. I've never heard of them in my life. I called them and the support person who answered had an Asian accent; but spoke clear English. ENDURANCE AUTO WARRANTY; IS 1000% WAIST OF MONEY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, WE HAVE HAD THEIR SO CALLED WARRANTY FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW @ $130 PER MONTH AND FILED 3 CLAIMS WITH THEM, AND THEY PAID APPROX. $300 FOR A RADIATOR, OUT OF ABOUT $4000 I HAD TO PAY FOR REPAIRS, THEY WILL NOT COVER. AND I CAN DO ONE SINGLE THING ABOUT IT, BUT I CAN AND WILL BE POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT HOW THEIR CROOKED COMPANY HAS TREATED A COSTUMER. Dont even think about these guys, they will go to extreme lengths to not cover a claim. My truck started making an engine noise and I brought it in to the dealer and was told it was the cam phasers filed a claim with Endurance and its fine as long as youre paying them but forget it if you need coverage. They fiddled around for 8 days and came up with an excuse that my truck doesnt have the original rims and tires and wont cover it, the truck is 100% stock and the only change that was made was pull off the rims with low profi... read more

I received a letter from someone claiming to be Endurance. The letter shows the Skokie Blvd address that BBB has for them, but it instructs me to call a number that's not a number that BBB currently has for them so I can't be sure whether the company mailing me is actually the Endurance that received the current A+ rating. I searched Endurance's website for the phone number in the letter and it appears nowhere on their site.The letter I received is written deceivingly. The Envelope says "Important - Open Immediately." ZERO STARS!!!This company keeps spamming me with unsolicited emails up to 40 times per day.I have unsubscribed and reported as spam 100's of times. If this is a legitimate business, why are they using such unethical tactics? I believe they may also be operating under or affiliated with a company called **********. At my wits end with them BOTH.

Just won't stop sending letters...have called time and time again to be removed from mailing list...they say no problem and keeping sending mailing...told them l don't want their product and they keep sending stuff...they even send me stuff for vehicles l don't...they are worse then telemarketers...when l say no l nean no...they are beyond irratating
