This company doesnt deserve any stars. I have repeatedly called to have them to stop sending my deceased father mail for a service plan for his vehicle. My father pasted away in 2002. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone never

I filed my first claim last year after being a customer for two years, and it was denied. It was also stated that After that date we may not be able to honor the service contract pricing. They lie to sign you up! When I signed up with them, they promised me that I could cancel at any time and get refunded my money if I had not used it. I tried to use it 2 times and was denied, so I asked that it be cancelled one year later after paying $1,392. They told me that I would get at least $600 back when I cancelled, and I told them that I was promised to get it all back, but they told me they had to calculate my refund and to wait. I have had 2 cars insured with Endurance. Supposedly one of the best policies they offer. Took my car in for a a water pump issue. They replaced that and everything involved. Total cost $4,800.00. Claim was denied due to no proof a "flush" was performed back in June. Stated they go by owners manual. There is ****** miles on my vehicle and the manual CLEARLY states this should be done at ******* miles. Endurance sent out a letter claiming "there will be a Price Increase to [my] ************************ Plan.... Prices will rise between $150 and $500 per year." I do not have any business with this company and do not need or want any extended warranty for my vehicle.
I received a letter from this company informing me of a price increase, and advising me to call them so "we can hold your ************************* Plan] contract at the lowest program rates." But I don't even have a contract with this company. This letter is nothig but a scheme to get me to buy their services at the current rate by "warning" me of a price increase. THIS IS A SCAM. I received a letter today stating my extended vehicle service plan will be increased as of May 7, 2026. I have no extended plan, nor have I had a vehicle for two years.
Endurance takes a chance that you wont have a claim and use you as an ATM. Had a warranty and told endurance all about my car. I was told Id be covered. First claim and they said it wasnt covered. I told them to pull my call, they wouldnt. After I got the BBB involved they pulled my call and then said my tires were too small and now thats why the claim was denied. They were going to keep collecting my money like an atm until an issue they offer your money back. So what if I never had a claim?? They would just keep it. This c... read more
