They seem to be very knowledgeable about the product and they were extremely friendly besides the business. I'm a returning customer and can actually say I"m kicking myself for not switching my plan from on vehicle to the other. Because the company I did go with was a disappointment. I called to cancel the contract with Endurance, but I was connected with **** a service Mgr in ***** Fl. Office. Excellent interaction with him. He explained my options, somethings I can do after his reasoning for not canceling the policy, I didn't. Endurance helped me with my extended warranty, I definitely would recommend Endurance to family and friends.
I had received a notice from Endurance Auto Warranty indicating that my payment could not be processed. My bank card had to be discontinued due to fraud and I had to wait for a new card to be issued. I called Endurance to explain the situation and give them my new information to process. I spoke with ****** at Endurance who was a very kind and understanding person and certainly an excellent representative of Endurance.
