I have no idea of service from. ENDURANCE. I have not had any problems with my vehicle even after 10 years of ownership. I am a retired Auto Master Technician with 40 years Experience. I used to do all of my own maintenance. So unless I have a major problem. Endurance is just back up support.
The agents I talked were very understanding and helped me tremendously.
I had only been paying Endurance payments for a few months when a switch under my dash that ran the vents went out. I live in ******* where it gets hot. I took my Prius to the ****** dealer. They repaired the switch and it cost over $1,000.00 because of the cost of labor. Endurance paid it all. I have had stressing experiences with previous car warranty plans bur Endurance simply paid the bill and I heard nothing. FANTASTIC!
