I had taken my car to Serra ********* in ********** for them to look at it because my engine light came on. I was thinking Endurance would pay for the work. After I talked to ********* ********* of Endurance, I was told the warranty didn't cover minor repairs like needing spark plugs and so other things that is covered by the car owner. I was lucky, I never filed a claim before, so my dealer inspected my car and knew how to get started for me, they filed the claim and in couple days ,I had the repair done and was on my way. So my experience was above my expectations. Thanks
