I'm new to the plan. I don't understand all the dos and don't s.The plan instructions are hard to understand. I need to talk to a customer ********************** manager
I havent yet to use there warranty service in the 3 years Ive had it but every time I had to call customer ********************** with a concern or question I get the straight forward no run around so with that being said I am pretty confident that if and when I have to get service they will take care of it in a timely matter. Everyone you cant satisfy ??????from me.

I am a returning customer of ********************** and I have always experienced great customer ********************** along with no problems for claims. Price to me is a little high but you pay for what you get.
