The claims process was straightforward and handled by our ****** Service Advisor. We had a response the same day and they were able to make the repairs during the scheduled service. The claim assessment correlated completely with my Endurance Contract.

I was always skeptical about extended warranties, but Endurance really changed my opinion of them. When I called Endurance the process of filing my claim was extremely simple and straightforward, I only needed to let them know where I took my vehicle and they asked me if I needed a ride or anything else.
