I had a message that since I didnt report my mileage monthly I needed to write a new policy! Never was I told that and I started thinking I was getting scammed because it would have meant another 1000 mile waiting period! Thank God I spoke to *******! He went over my policy and because I had done an oil change, he was able to make it all work out!! Silly me- I never should have doubted Endurance! Dont ever let ******* leave!!!

Spoke with manager Mrs. ***** and explained my situation that I was scammed by someone who posed for endurance and basically I got scammed out of $99 but she was able to make everything better by offering me a discount on my current coverage for the remaining payments. Im a returning customer 10+ years....as I had a 2013 **** escape covered by them before. Thank you Mrs. ***** for your help!!
