I called up to change my payment info and the customer ********************** rep. *** very helpful polite. He also greeted me with a hello asked how my day was going. Before he was finished with my update info he asked if I had anything else that I needed to do. Every time I have called up I have always great customer **********************

********* was EXCEPTIONAL with explaining to me what was happening with my policy. Unfortunately the so called windshield coverage is a serious problem and only covers certain claims. This unfortunately was not revealed when they were trying to sell me coverage
