We signed up to cover a vehicle that we had not yet purchased yet. We did not get the purchase and we decided to cancel. Their account representative ****** did everything that his company could have asked of him. He tried to get me to reconsider the contract cancelation, but was not pushy. After making it clear we wanted to cancel he quickly issued us our refund with no problems.
