I, unfortunately, canceled my policy as it was not right for me and maybe, if I would ve asked more questions, I may have decided not to use coverage. I just took it at face value. So on coverage, I can't give 5 stars, but if I could, I'd give 5 for the customer service I received from a few, including Sheena Banks for being so gracious. She is well trained, but has a God given talent that can't be trained or replaced. She didn't make me feel bad about canceling and was very prompt in explaining terms of recourse. The "contract/cancelation " *** I just spoke to was VERY knowledgeable and sweet. Bottom line I'm keeping the coverage.
