LET ME START MY ENDURANCE REVIEW WITH THE FOLLOWING: READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY!!!!!!!If you need parts replaced for your repair, ENDURANCE WILL ONLY REPLACE SAID PARTS WITH AFTERMARKET, REFURBISHED, OR USED PARTS. The reason is the *** parts are usually double to triple the cost of the aftermarket/refurbished junk. This means if you want the quality parts, you have to pay the difference. Furthermore, the last shop I went to for repairs and the current shop both said that they will not install aftermarket/refurbished parts... read more

This company is a complete rip off. Our Infinity broke down while traveling. We had it towed to the nearest ****** dealership. ****** gave them the estimate for a alternator and endurance only covered some of the cost leaving us to pay our deductible plus the rest of the repair. Never had this problem with Allstate. I will never use them again.

Again I think this company is such a disgrace to *******. I started my cancellation on may 8th. I was told 3 different times that my check was mailed well its July 13th still no check how could you guys do this to people. You guys made sure to tame my money on time every month but when its time to pay the ***** all I get is lies

I have contacted this "business" twice now about removing my father from their database. Every other week he gets a letter saying that is warranty has expired and needs to sign up. Thing is, he not longer drives and their "records" show he has a car they don't even sell in the **!! If he were to buy a warranty from them, it would not even cover the cars he owns due to their age. Business like this need to STOP TARGETING ELDERLY CITIZENS!

This is supposed to be an extended manufactured warranty company to supply consumers with additional warranty coverage after/before the expiration of our manufactured. Nonetheless, they failed to honor their contractual agreement citing #** of their non-covered conditions, "due to vehicle mileage and/or age". This statement alone undermines and abridges the implied and expressed enforcement of their warranty. High pressure, low serious information. Rep kept saying, "We're a multi-billion-dollar company" and "We're a direct provider," denying that they're a third party like any other warranty company. Kept talking about the company's high ratings, but its online content is sponsored. Also said my dealer takes kickbacks on warranties. I suggested a conference call with the dealer, but, of corse, he wouldn't do that. Terrible experience. Deserves zero stars.

***ALL REPAIR SHOPS*** DO NOT work with this company at all. If a customer has purchased this ********************** turn them away or get them to authorize all charges before submitting a claim. This company gave us an approval and backed out as soon as money was due. I wish I could post the audio clip of **** talking to my service adviser and then hanging up on him. I would give this company -100 stars if I could. Now my shop is stuck paying for all of the labor and parts that Endurance Warranty Services authorized... What... read more

Endurance claims that they are able to cover all parts under the vehicle and that they are willing to cover engine parts. I was fooled into believing that if my jeep broke down it would be fixed and I would have to pay only the deductible. I was so wrong and gullible. They have you pay a monthly fee and when your vehicle needs to be fixed, you find out that only a little bit of what they said is true. I bought a warranty about a year ago and 7000 miles ago and this place came up as one of the best. Read your contract very carefully, the contract is not only deceptive but their definition of "mechanical failure" which is ALL failures because cars are mechanical have many carve outs that are also extremely deceptive. Not only was the third party servicer that manages claims completely inept, they completely disregarded coordination with the dealership. Very sketchy so in my opinion don't waste over 100 bucks a month.
