They need to stop sending shady letters to my home address.Letter starts " We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Service Plans effective (DATE). After that date we will not be able to honor the service contract pricing designed specifically for your vehicle."Any business that has to resort to these tactics will never get my business.

I was called to sign up for this warranty company and always. I am skeptical of what they tell. You is covered ***************************** told me EVERYTHING Would be covered in my engine. I VERIFIED ABOUT FIVE TIMES WITH HIM BEFORE I ACTUALLY AGREED WITH THIS COVERAGE. THIS WAS APRIL 30, 2024 ON JULY 5, 2024. ALL OF MY DASH LIGHTS APPEARED ON MY CAR EVERYTHING DINGING LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE. Endurance Warranty is a scam and takes advantage of consumers. I purchased a warranty for my car thinking I was getting a great product. At my first claim there adjuster didnt even come out he had my mechanic take photos because he was sick. That claim was denied. Second claim also denied!3rd claim denied!For every claim they always found something to deny the claim for. Oh its because of the clip, we dont cover that hose. After 1 1/2 yr paying took my car into one of their repair refused told only take cars that manuf warrenty called endurance they said take it to another dealer took it to another dealer they unstuck my thermostat told by dealer I need power switch to connect power endurance said they would not pay for power switch its no in my contract. So now theres a thermostat that cannot be used bc it cant be connected to power. I have other Compliants not rnough room to complain. This company very stressful to deal with

Endurance warranty, BE AWARE!!I canceled my insurance because they would not cover the repair and after i submitted a notarized form to cancel, after 3 months I called them to check the status of my refund. They tell me no refund cuz you did not pay enough!! I'm like I paid more then 2000 and that's not enough.I hope they get sued!!!

At least you don't leave us hanging for 2 or 3 day. The company who now services the repairs string us along. I called the company and they said we're waiting for information from the shop. I was told from the shop they sent all information at 7:30am. They been servicing the 06 Tahoe since I bought it

I think Endurance is the biggest scam company I've ever encountered. I called this company based on a referral from a car dealership. I was on the phone with the representative for over an hour discussing the extended coverage they offered. He assured me that with the plan I purchased, it was the best plan and that it covered almost everything. He explained to me what it didn't cover and was told that I could get the next plan up and that it would cover everything. What he didn't tell me about was this so called, "Grey Area"... read more

Unprofessional company did nothing but hold my funds. I've canceled the policy which they didn't email me. I have to wait 6 weeks before they will begin to refund.
