They are scammer, they tell you everything is preexisting conditions when you file a claim,you ask for a supervisor, they never have one available.Trying to cancel the policy is almost impossible.They have been a nightmare to us. I ended up canceling 2 policies they weren't worth a dime.1 month my vehicle at the dealership waiting for an inspector, they are such a joke.SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS

I spoke with representative *****. the letter was in reference to a continuing auto repair policy at a cost of $150-$500. annual price. I called stating I wanted to cancel that policy. she said my trial policy was no longer in effect, but, I can get another policy. I told her that I was calling to cancel anything with their company. *****, called me a weirdo, three times and said it would be funny; if I have to pay for my repairs. I live in upstate **, my exhaust manifold is warped and because the bolts and screws are rusted my warranty doesnt cover this. We all know NY has wet snowy weather for many months!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! NOT A GOOD COMPANY!!!

This Company is Terrible and doesn't return your refund after 4 to 6 weeks!I've past the 12 wk point and will now consider Suing I have followed all the procedures they asked for My Refund. I never used them because they never covered what I needed. They need to pay for their actions!

Very very very expensive. Actually the most expensive I have found. Actually by thousands. But the reviews seemed the best so I guess if I need lets say a transmission Ill still have paid more for the warranty lol
