I need to give them minus stars!They keep spamming me with a warranty policy out of coverage letter. The letter sent to the name of a person that has never lived at our address (new construction). I've called them and told them this, and they said that they would remove our address from their records. But, the letter still keep coming, and have been coming for many months now.**********

The renewal **** reps have the worst service. They wont transfer you to a supervisor or manager since they are all supervisors. They wont help at all when trying to renew and will tell you the mailer they sent is subject to your own interpretation, when it says in black and white what it means. They even give you attitude when they don't want to talk to you anymore so you just give up. Not renewing with them and will now choose another extended warranty company.

I have a problem with my engine. They going to tell me inside engine not cover up the warranty. But it is the engine.

THIS BUSINESS IS SENDING UNWANTED JUNK MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ever since I moved back to *****, I have been receiving unwanted junk mail from these incompetent people!!!! Last time I got the piece of s*** mail in my mailbox, I sent it back with a message to take my name and address off their list!!! Yet, I got another one today! This is harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!! The minute I picked up the policy I was lied to by the salesman, then my 2nd payment was withdrew too early causing my bank to go into the negative. They did put my money back a few days later, however. Then I canceled after having coverage for only 40 days and they said that they didn't owe me any refund, in fact they said that there was a balance of $46 and some change, not that I owed it but it still showed a a balance. Therefore refusing to give me my initial payment back

A rip off, didnt pay anything! Im out $3,700. When I signed up and was told I had the best plan that covered everything. Apparently a lie and covered nothing! Time to join a class action lawsuit.

Warranty repair was denied due to "preexisting failure". I was told that the adjuster and tech both agreed that it was "preexisting". When I questioned the representative about said " adjuster" I was informed that they have them nationwide. I'm not here to call them liars but my brother was the Tech that worked on the vehicle and neither he nor the service advisor saw an "adjuster."Long story short, they lie! I will take my business elsewhere.

I called to tell them to stop all mailings to me. As soon as I asked to be taken off of their mailing list, *** never shut up and yelled at me continuously until I hung up on him. Zero people skills! *** should never hold a customer ********************** position. What an ignorant sap!

Hilariously bad.First of all, their payment practices are deceptive. They tell you one cost and then you are locked in at a totally different price. Second, their policy has so many loopholes that allow them out of agreement, but hold you to them. Engine problems? Preexisting issue. Wheel rotors need replacing? Should have thought of that before you bought your car! And finally, and in my opinion, the most egregious - when I called to inquire why I got a letter every two weeks telling me that my cancelled policy is delinquen... read more
