I check several companies, but Endurance covered air conditioning which is critical in *****. So I filled out vehicle information and estimated miles on line to get a quote for coverage. Down payment was completed during this conversation on Feb 2021. First payment deducted 3/9/2022. I made 2 maintenance claims for oil changes and tire rotations that were paid without question. My last payment in April 2024 was deducted for a total of 26 payments of $111.97 to honor my contract. So total I have paid $3123.37 with my down pay... read more

I opened and paid the first payment before I got the contact, as a matter of fact the contract didn't get to me for a month.I put in a claim that was refused, the contract said it covers any lubricated part in the transmission. But since the (automatic shift control module)wasn't listed on the contract it wasn't covered. ******* in the claims **** actually called the *** Service manager a lier said it wasn't a lubricated part, after arguing with his dumb a@@ half a day they came back and said it wasn't listed. I bought an endurance warranty in March, and my engine blew on May 15th. Even though I sent verified maintenance documents and all three oil change receipts, I had my licensed mechanic call in to verify them with an under-adjuster. The over-adjuster denied my claim yesterday, stating that my documents werent verifiable and that they couldnt reach my mechanic. which is a lie; they dont want to pay for my engine. This company is full of scam artists. I called in to cancel my policy I have. I was never told that I had to get a notarized document to cancel. I was charged 2 times. I requested a full refund retroactive to the date of the first call and was told that wasnt possible. Do not do business with this company

They denied a claim for a replaced part listed in the contract without investigation - the problem was diagnosed by two different garages and caused a failed state inspection. There was no issue with fluids, wear or tear, or anything else - they just denied it, and then claimed a right to cancel the $3500 contract, keeping the balance of the money paid up front, in order to settle a $2500 disputed claim. Beware of Endurance! They will look for any loophole to deny a claim-- even when proper documentation has been sent to them. My dad, who has been handling my car since I bought it, took my 2012 ********** Beetle to his mechanic about 2.5 weeks ago for a timing chain replacement. The mechanic said they would ask for two oil change receipts. On June 4, 2024, I immediately emailed these two oil change receipts. The mechanic also said they would be sending an inspector. I've them since 04/01/24, was on my way to Ms from ** for a funeral and truck just all of a sudden ran hot! I have had any major issues out of my **** F-150 Platinum which I bought new in 2017. The dealship told them that the water pump was leaking and they refused to cover claim! I'm a disable retired Veteran with a defibrillator in my chest and had to call my own towing service after wating over an hour ! Endurance just sent me a letter stating that I owed them more money. I have never done business with endurance nor will I. Buyer beware this is a Scam!

Do not use Endurance it is a scam. I paid for 35 months on a car, billing did not take the last payment off my credit card and I called and talk to billing. The lady told me everything was good back in Jan 2024. Tried to make a clam in June and Endurance said I missed my last payment. Told me I would have to start over paying them for 3 more years. Pleas do not trust them and when you make a clam they will do everything to pay the bare minimum. Please save your hard earn money or just make you a warranty account and pay for ... read more
