This company is full of lies and deceit! Buyer beware! They will not pay for warranty repairs, they ask for your maintenance records, and dont provide you with a way to send the requested documents. I called in over 4 weeks ago after taking my car into dealer because my car had been driving funny. After diagnostic the results came in that I needed a new transmission. Endurance Warranty Services - 1 Star I've had the absolute worst experience with Endurance Warranty Services. My 2014 Dodge Durango RT, 5.7 Hemi, has been in the shop since April due to a failed tappet, a known issue from Dodge. Despite this, Endurance denied the repair work, citing "lack of maintenance." "Wear them down until their will breaks"....."Do not use Endurance. Do not waste your money here. Don't use Carshield either. Use extended warrantees offered directly from your manufacturer and possibly your dealer. All the other single star reviews on this company are almost identical to what I have gone through. I was misled to believe I had a certain contract that I actually did not. I had 3 services requiring use of the benefits and they were denied because of the contract I thought I had but didn't, did not cover the services. I spent out of pocket nearly ***** for service not cover with my contract. I recommend reading the contract closely, ask questions make sure you have the correct contract. Let me first say, the only reason they are getting 1 star is that it is required to leave a review. I recently had trouble with an alternator on my 2012 GMC Acadia. I reached out to Endurance to make sure it was covered by my warranty. It was. I was instructed to take it to an auto mechanic to have it officially diagnosed. $150 for that diagnosis. This company has denied every claim I have submitted, the last one still has me scratching my head. ** needed an evaporator diagnosed by two different dealerships, Endurance came out to the dealership to deny the claim, said I needed to pay a lift kit surcharge. I did not add a lift kit, the truck minus the new motor I had to install is the same as it was when purchased, no lift kit added.
