They tell you you are covered to get your business. Then when I needed some repairs I was told my car was too old They knew the make model and year of my car when i signed up.. Well why did you take my money every month. I had maybe 3 oil changes they covered but for $94.02 a month. I paid them for my oil changes. Then when I call to cancel, the lady was soooooo ******************** was one lady, forget the other lady. Then you'll on hold for 45 minutes to an hour only to be given a hard time for wanting to cancel. I bet nob... read more

The company gives you a great sales pitch, but falls short of its hype. The company fails to explain to you that it acts like a medical insurance provider. The company will nickel and dime the repair shop for your car. The warranty is not concerned with the manufacturer's parts for your car, it wants the auto technicians to use the cheapest parts for your car. Also, it manages the rates the technicians are paid. So, if your mechanic charges $160/hr, Endurance will only pay $100/hr. So, you think you will have the parts and l... read more

Big scam company they will only fix minor minor issues !! They will have u pay 100 a month for a elite package to where when the car is broke down they find all the excuses on not to pay or want u to pay out of pocket until a inspector can come find out a way to not pay for claim !! I had a rock or wood fly up on the highway and crack my oil pan witch called my oil to leak without knowing parked car and the next day wouldnt start up due to road caused damage ! Don't be misled by the great sales people in thinking they are a reputable company. They are not. They have refused repair costs on my vehicle as they said it was a pre existing . I have spoken to 4 totally neutral, strangers to me, certified auto mechanics. They have all told me there is absolutely no way to determine that. If you research this company you will see that this is their modus operandi . Their only good reviews are people praising their sales team

My transmission was bad and it is covered by my warranty but they want me to pay for a transmission tear down before they will consider covering this transmission once I pay for the tear down it is still not guaranteed that they will fix it they want to know what caused the transmission to go bad the cost of a tear down is **** dollars this company is a scam and I will not recommend anyone I know to do business with Endurance my best friend got this to get this warranty but I will call her asap to cancel her warranty any my ... read more

Bought a contract. Reviewed for 3 days. Tried to cancel several times and was transferred and placed on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally spook with **************** (a floor manager) he spent several minutes challenging my decision, questioning me repeatedly, and even said it was "irrational" for me to cancel. Great customer relations :-(((( From this conversation alone I would never recommend Endurance to anyone!

Why every time I call to cancel the rep ********* lie and say They're going to transfer me and no one will NEVER come on the line. I've called MULTIPLE TIMES and no one will assist me. You guys are a BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!
