I purchased a used F-150 with ******* miles in may of 2021. Through the dealership I purchased an extended warranty, the top tier plan that Endurance offers. I was assured that this plan was not affected by the the previous owner but on my maintenance moving forward. I took my truck in for service at ******* miles to my local **** dealer. Wish i would've went with a different warranty company. Maybe Car Shield or something because endurance try's to play games when it comes to filing a claim and them honoring that claim.

I was talked into agreeing to a warranty contract, but after consideration, I realized I don't need extended warranty yet as my vehicle is still covered under factory warranty and will be so for several more months. I tried to call the company every single day this week at various times of the day to cancel my contract. SCAM artists to say the least. I had signed up for the extended warranty for my jeep. When receiving the contract i had questions about it due to information was confusing. I sent an email regarding questions on coverage and specific parts of my warranty. I then had an issue with the screen in my jeep going out. I've tried to use it 4 times on my vehicle turned down each time always found an excuse why they will not cover my vehicle, l finally canceled and they won't give me my money back I've paid $ ****** for 17 months for nothing.

I wish there was a negative star rating. This experience was horrible!!!! My 85 year old mother was basically forced into purchasing a ridiculously priced warranty due to the practice of pressuring, talking over her and scaring her regarding possible repairs. Then when I called to get it cancelled for her in under 8 hours time I was put through the same experience. I purchased a warranty from Endurance. I been paying on it for 9 months. I have a ram ****. My truck broke down and Endurance denied the claim. They said it was a commercial vehicle and that the person who wrote my policy didnt put a x in the box for commercial vehicle. When I purchased the policy I told the guy I haul cars with my truck. ******** This is by far the most unscrupulous warranty company. I have met the requirements stated in my contract which is **** miles or 30 days and have highly inconvenienced while they do their investigations only to find out the deny my claim. Claiming it was pre existing. No management responds to customers concerns or returns calls. I pay over $200 monthly for apparently no reason.
