The unbelievable energy, time that you were on hold, and amounts of calls that were dropped is unbelievable! I purchased a policy from Endurance Warranty Services and was told that it was a 5 yr (60 months) policy/contract and that I would be making payments for 3 yrs (36 months). The agent said that I would be making the initial payment for the policy plus a $20 processing fee. Avoid using this company for your extended auto warranty at all costs. They denied a claim stating the failure was because of mechanical wear before our contact began... which is going to be most part failures because this is an EXTENDED warranty. Seems they will find any way possible to deny a claim. On top of them denying claims their call wait times seem to over 30 minutes unless you are calling to sign up.Update: Company is requiring I get a notary to stamp my cancellation letter before they will stop charging me $250/mo... read more

I keep getting letters from them regarding a warranty policy on my new car. The vehicle that matches what they are saying in the letter has a 10-year 100,000-mile warranty on it, so I don't want or need a warranty with them. Awful..misleading..legal scammers. I have submitted several claims for various things...ALL DENIED. The latest is my back latch for my SUV. Claim denied. I will be canceling ASAP. I don't need to pay for repairs AND pay Endurance also.

Contacted by this company regarding my extended warranty. Didn't initially realize they are not the company I purchased my extended warranty with so called them. First person I spoke with lied to me so I knew something was fishy. Avoid these swindlers at all costs if youre reading this. Any professional review website reviews youve read are a paid lie for them. Theyre trash. Theyre covered-parts list warranties dont really cover anything and arent extensive. Theyll do ANYTHING they can to get out of paying for a covered part, including but not limited to reclassifying a part as external rather than internal as well citing obscure wordage to cover their a** for a part the dealer MAY have HAD a recall for but you NEVER qualified for due to restrictions... read more

Vehicle was in a accident & was a total loss. Tried to contact Endurance Warranty to cancel policy numerous times & was left on hold & mysteriously disconnected each time. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! If I'm having this many issues trying to cancel, I can only imagine the trouble I would have attempting to get a repair!

RIPOFF! They send you a contract AFTER they consider you enrolled. When you refuse the contract they will not give you your money back. Contract is very poorly written and does not tell you all you need to know and then they still hold you to the contract even if you disagree with it and want to cancel. Don't use them for anything!
