I was sold lies. I was told over the phone when buying my policy that my oil changes 3 a year would be free (much more was supposed to be free as well turns out it it not). This however was a lie come to find out. They only cover $50 of the oil change. They also said I could use any shop I wanted and give the shop my client card and the shop would do the rest. I bought an extended warranty. My steering drag link started having issues. Took it in for service. According warranty book of covered parts, the steering drag link components should have been covered, but it was denied because the adjuster stated that the steering drag link components will never go bad, and it was not covered. I called endurance customer **********************, they put me on a 10 sec hold then call disconnect cycle every time i called (30 times). I purchased their warranty and my timing chain broke on my truck they refused to pay for it. They had Land Rover to break it down they sent an adjuster to look at it and they found no neglect but they wont fix my truck because of how much it cost. Then we asked to speak to a manager and they wont even let us talk to a manager to get this resolved.

Not a fan, I've paid over $4k into this warranty and now that I needed it they won't approve it because the parts that are wearing out aren't covered if the parts underneath or associated with these parts they would cover it. After contacting them to get a better plan because my car was paid off and usually when you pay off a car things go wrong. I contacted the company and they advised me the plan I had was sufficient for the kind of car and mileage of my vehicle. 4 weeks later my car goes into the shop, they deny the claim... read more

Terrible experience. When I bought the extended warranty I had specific concerns and questions and I was assured that they were all covered. I was even told that I can use any mechanic that I choose. That is false. All of the mechanics that I have used in the past notified me that endurance insurance is too much of a headache and they dont deal with them. I wound up dealing with somebody who I have never dealt with before. I ended up paying more than double than the actual warranty paid. In addition I still dont have air-con... read more

My car was at a dealership for 2 months waiting for endurance expert to approuve the repair of an engine light problem, they had the Mecanique replace the fuel injector an a gasket and full tuneup which is not covered under the contract, after $1900.00 bill the engine light came back on, we waited an other 2 weeks for the expert response, they asked for history of oil change and maintenance and in the meantime they didnt cover the car rental, after we sent the oil change receipts using mobile1 the case was rejected and they ... read more

Worst investment that I ever made. Paid over $4,000 for this warranty and was never able to get them to pay for any of the issues that I had except a couple of tow fees. Never received any incentives, discounts or anything as a matter of fact, I never even heard from them until the end of the 4-year contract and that was them asking me to renew. Now why would I do that?No thanks "END- Durance", considering Car Shield!

Should not take 2 1/2 months to get a refund from canceling your contract I have been given the runaround by three different people on when the check would be in the mail I would not deal with this company again

My vehicle went in for service on Friday November 4th. It needed some sort of module which was very expensive and Endurance wanted to send over a guy to review the claim. As of today November 9th no one has shown up at the dealership. I understand being busy, but if you can't show up then call or accept pictures from the dealership. My vehicle is still sitting there waiting to be worked on. I am waiting on a callback regarding a rental vehicle of which they will pay $30 a day for a *** of 5 days.
