In 2021 I was denied a claim due to my truck having 5th wheel hitch installed in the bed. After several discussions, Endurance Warranty decided the hitch should not have been an issue and I was issued a new policy. The new policy was issued a day before the claim was denied and the mileage was sated higher than the mileage on the claim. This year I was denied a claim due to a mileage discrepancy caused by the original claim and the policy mileage. The most awful customer ********************** experience I have EVER encountered. Please listen and do your research!!! Do NOT use this company! I had a 30 day trial period to decide or cancel for full money back. When I called to cancel within 30 days- the sales rep refused to let me cancel. They wanted to know why even though I do not have to give them a reason. I told them I was selling my car and they wanted me to send them a bill of sale. If i could give them lower than 1 star or minus stars i would. These people are a scam. I purchased a policy through paylink and paylink referred me to this business after a complaint was made to the bbb. *************************** services stated that the policy was through endurance. Endurance had no record of the policy but took a portion of my refund check. I feel like they are scammers and the representatives are rude and disrespectful. They need to be train on phone etiquette. Its a shame to scam people!!!

For nine months they took my payment when I needed a covered repair they denied my claim stating that I had a speedometer discrepancy I would not recommend them I left ********* to come here I'm done with car warranties.

I tried to use my roadside assistance and they left me sitting in the cold on the side of a state route for 4 hours!!! No one ever showed up and I had to have family come from yet another 1 hour away from where my car broke down at.

Endurance is the worse warranty I've ever had I purchased a plan when it came time to use the warranty after 4 weeks of Endurance checking my car over they denied my claim. My transmission went out in my daughter's 2017 ****** sentra its 6k ro replace I didn't have the money to repair had to sale car as is lost 8k. ****** I learned check the company's complaints, Endurance has alot of complaints and low reviews score, alot of complaints that where the same as mine this company needs to be shut down.

Endurance Warranty Services breached their contract after my 2012 Chevrolet broke down just days after the waiting period and mileage requirement was met claiming a preexisting condition. The "Service All Wheel Drive" warning light came on and the "Service Engine" light came on and was blinking the day the car broke down.
