Not a good service takes your money and when it comes to pay for a service over **** dollars they use that "not covered" item to get out if paying....do not get the service they only help themselves not the customer!
After purchasing warranty decided it wasn't a smart move based on reviews . I've only had warranty for less than 2 days. been trying to get ahold of them and keep getting put on hold and then hung up on. I have left 4 messages with them. They said they tried calling me back but apparently it came across my phone as a spam number go figure. This is one of the biggest complaints I read about poor customer **********************
This warranty is Baloney Sandwich (BS!!!) I have had the coverage since May of 2022, paying around $132/month. The only thing that was covered was $50 on a $125 oil change, and a couple of dollars on a battery. Everything else that I needed covered, they were unable to cover. I call to cancel the policy, wait 28 minutes, then the rep plays the kid game of, "Hello, hello, hello" and then proceeds to hang up. I call back and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Received a letter from Endurance addressed to a person with a different first name but my address stating that there will be Price increased to our Extended Vehicle Service Plan effective October 28, 2022. First, the person listed does not exist in our household. Second, we do not have an extended warranty with them. I contacted Endurance at to verify that there was a policy using my address. Gave the rep the Customer Code (which happened to not exist or be valid). I wanted to make sure that someone was not using our address... read more
I received a letter, unsolicited advising me about a price increase and that they "may not be able to honor the service contract" and to call immediately! What a joke. I don't have any service contract with this "company." It's going straight into the circular file. (BBB: note that you should add their newest phone number to your report. The one on my letter was: eight77-705-9564)
This company is a joke. I'll start by I am on hold for 39 minutes and counting to cancel this service. I asked to cancel while I had someone on the phone as I called previously to do so and they told me to hold and no one ever picked up. My issue is that the services they provide is joke. The policy is for my sons truck and he was broke down on the side of the road and he couldn't get anyone on the phone there. My 2015 kia ****** is at the dealership for a bearing shatter on the 3rd cylinder... ****** miles. ********** refused to help me and now endurance is not covering the repair they both say because of a computer upgrade wasn't performed by the previous owner... How in the world did I know this when its not anywhere on the internet when search for my vin number... I files a complaint with motor safety department I have the claim number.. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I have had these people for about a year and never had to use the warranty but this is what I "LOATH" about these people..... They are extremely aggressive and will stop at nothing even talk over you! I had called them to say that I travel less than ****mi per year and didn't agree with their **** mi. rule. Now I agree with the thirty days before coverage starts thing, but it would take up to 3 months for me to put that kind of mileage on so I would be paying MONTHS for coverage that I don't have!! Scammers! Took a payment out earlier than agreed upon once an arrangement was made! They did so after the car was sold, and refused to refund my money even though I sent the notarized cancellation form several times to several different people! I did what they asked me to do, and what was required but was told that I would not be getting my money back after THEY WERE PAID FOR DOING NOTHING!!! USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!!??
