I bought this policy 11/20/21 with the HighTech Superior coverage. 3 certified technicians from Classic Cadillac said I need new struts on my 2016 Cadillac Escalade. I have pictures and even a letter from *************** I have called over 20 times and they will not cover the struts. Which is covered by the Superior coverage. They keep denying it saying its shock absorbers! Ive sent them pictures of the bad Struts from Cadillac and they keep denying it saying its Shock absorbers!I guess now I will take them to court.

This company is nothing but a **** poor excuse for a warranty company. I took my 2014 ....... into my dealership for a possible AC compressor going out. This was on a Monday July 25. On Wed July 27 I was told that it was my fuel pump not the ac compressor causing the problem. I had rented a car from Enterprise at the dealership. I called Endurance about the rental car, they told me that I should have gotten authorization for the rental vehicle prior to bring my vehicle in. Endurance is active participant in extended auto warranty scam. It blankets people all over the country ( cars, no cars, doesn't matter ) with extended warranty letters. FCC now is trying to prohibit robocalls, so Endurance is mailing letters.

I gave them ****** to start my Policy! I asked for a Copies of my Contract in The postal mail and never received anything! So I canceled the so called Cotract! And ask for my money back to this day I have received nothing!

This company only wants your money. They will deny everything. I needed engine work. It was denied because they wanted proof we changed the oil. I gave receipts proving oil was changed. Then they denied because oil type and filter type weren't listed on the receipt. The people on the phone are very rude and will leave you on hold for over twenty minutes.Customer ********************** is trash, the company is trash. Don't waste your time or money on this company or you'll regret it.I am canceling my warranty immediately.

I obtained my warranty from Endurance on June 14. I have a 2014 **** and wanted to obtain warranty since it's an older vehicle. Plus I had been getting calls non stop from warranty companies asking me to obtain converge through the. Did some research once I finally decided to get coverage and chose this company. I wish to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau against Endurance Warranty Services. Dishonest business practices and poor customer ************************** salesperson who explained this warranty service to me was completely dishonest. Promises were made to me that were not kept. The plan was not clearly explained and I, in fact, explained to him that I have extended warranty services. The sales person told me to go get my car check out right away before anything could get bad ,I did and when things were found that need to be fixed I called you and told me that my policy was not vailed that I need to wait at least 30days.Had I been told that I would have waited no problem.So you cancel me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short, do not buy warranty from them. I transferred policy from one vehicle to another. No contract was ever provided, claim process denied due to there rep not activating account (they were still billing me monthly). Took days to correct. Claim denied, no disclosure of anything, I talked to 6 reps and supervisors and floor manager. No resolution, keep getting told we will call you back.
