I REQUESTED A ***** FROM ENDURANCE, RECEIVED THE ***** BUT CANT AFFORD IT, DUE TO BEING ON SSI, TOLD *******************(REPRESENTATIVE) THANK YOU, I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE END OF THIS PERSON CALLING ME, NOPE, STILL CALLING AFTER ABOUT A MONTH, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME, I CANT AFFORD YOUR WARRANTY AND AFTER READING SOME OF THESE REVIEWS I DEFINITELY DONT WANT IT. I called to see if I was able to get a copy of my warranty and my membership card, which I didn't get one yet. The customer ********************** representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable and after saying I would get a copy in an email. The next day I still didn't get an email from your company I called and talked to your customer ********************** to find out what email address you had for me. My review is about Endurance car warranty. They are such a liars. They told me I will get my entire refund back, and within 30 days they are giving me so much trouble. They signed me up immediately, and now to cancel the plan I have to even notarize a cancelation form. The wait time over the phone is crazy long. Please please please avoid them if you can. Thank you!

Endurance seem like a good company but after paying my money I find out things like I have to put a !000 miles on my car before repairs and that they use third parties to help when I would need to get my car into a repair shop. I tried calling them with questions and could not get any one. So I decided I did not want this service after only 3 days and asked for my $200 to be refunded and was told it would take 30 days well it has been 40 days and I still have not heard any thing about my refund. Cadillac CTS transmission case was not covered because Endurance claim specialist came to the dealer and said because I did not maintain properly. I furnished receipts of last maintenance and still denied stating a few miles over from next maintenance. I decided to email their dispute and a manager emailed me within 24hours stating he will call me back with a response to my dispute resolution. This is about a month ago. No response as of date.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I been on the phone with endurance team since 12:37pm and it is now 3:52 pm this is ridiculous. I bought warranty from them and agent ask me for mileage for car I told them that My son car wasn't by me so the sales representative told me to estimate i told him ***** I told him that it wasn't more than ***** he told me it was ok it would be the same price I had to to a claim and was denied because the mileage wasn't the same with car fax this is horrible how can they just steal people money li... read more

This is a synopsis of our ordeal, which isnt done bc we will also file a report with the FTC.Endurance actually deserves a fat zero. We bought a used car and a warranty from Endurance based on favorable reviews. The engine seized soon after we met the mileage and time guidelines for the service to become active.
