This company runs scams..I would give less than 1 star if possible. . I got a letter stating on Endurance letter head stating that I had to contact them in 4 days due to the fact that they will be increasing the price on my extended warranty and a quick response will get a lower price. They were supposed to to my car to repair shop and after three days the police towed my car. They refused to pay me back for the police towing the car.
IT'S A SCAM! I accidentally fell for this as if it was a legitimate car warranty. But after reading the fine print, I relieved that 'coverage' was minimal and could been taken care of my my regular insurance company. I followed the directions to cancel the service and set it to all THREE required addresses. One included a doing business as called "Sing for Service". SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!This has to be a scam company! I reported my car claim on Thurs. 7/7/22. It is now Mon. 7/11 and my car is still sitting at the dealer "repaired" collecting dust. In the meantime, I am tasked with finding a ride 30mi to work. I have called several times for a status update on claim to which a rep told me "they will process my claim as they get to it"! This company will find every reason to not cover the vehicle they promised to insure becareful what you pay for because when time comes to fix your vehicle they will leave you high and dry and out of pocket not worth the money lost now
If your thinking of using Endurance RUN AWAY!! They claim to have the best coverage, but will not stand by what they preach. #1 When, and If you get them on the call they will listen, and automatically put you on hold hoping you will hang up. I saw commercial for endurance and thought would be good to get warranty for me ********* I was told that my policy was yop tier and would cover my A, B service etc. When it came time for me to use warranty for changing my brake pads. It was not covered. I paid out of pocket. I called customer ********************** to ask about B6 service would be covered and I was told no. Which is not what is said when warranty is purchased.
