I received a letter stating that there may be a price increase to my extended vehicle warranty. I paid for the coverage in full at the time of purchase. I pay 76 per month for my daughter's Enclave. It was over ******* miles when the warranty began. About 7 months later the engine went out. There was no warning light and no noise . One day, the car wouldn't start and was towed to a top Buick dealer. Long story short we ended up paying over $5,000 for a rebuilt engine and for paying for 2 teardowns. My claim for a new transmission was denied, my car qualifed because I drove the car ***** miles and is more than 30 days.After my claim was denied, I called to cancel my contract and the agent started acussing me of insurance fraud. Even know I told her my car started giving me problems after the 30 day waiting period. It was not a preexisting mechanical problem Endurance warranty is a scam.

Endurance agents talk a lot about the what coverage you have and then When is time to file a claim they denied the claim. Don't waste your money with this company.
***** was very unprofessional with me. I wanted to cancel my contract and he was acting like I was doing something wrong. I will never use your company and will not tell anyone concerning the way you do business.
Took 5 callbacks to get a different **** ***** is very unprofessional as I cancelled my contract and he kept going to the BBB and reviews saying he cant cancel me cause Im in a contract boy what are you talking about? I am not bound to them and if you are a company that binds you to a contract, more than likely I will not use your services. They are horrible with customer ********************** and I will NEVER use them again. He was arguing with me the entire time.
This was my worst experience with an automobile warranty company!!!This company failed to live up to its end of the contract. My vehicle's water pump malfunctioned and they did not cover the total labor costs, fluid costs, and other applicable services promised. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone relieve on this company for quality service.
I got a policy by endurance auto warranty they said that my policy covers a rental car. Well I was told by endurance that I can't get a rental till I was approved. I went four days without a car and on the fourth day they said they just got the report from the inspector and I had to wait till the repairs to be approved. Concerned that my name and information were used to make an account, I called to ask about this so-called coverage. I gave them one star because the is no option for zero stars. I took my car for A/C repair, not covered, transmission, not covered. They sign you up for a policy you can't see before you sign **. ** addition they are out there with a lot of false advertisement. Too expensive and they are useless. Do not waste money and time on this company.
