Do not buy Endurance. Bought extended warranty at 120K on a KIA ******** 2011 - in great shape. Engine block had an issue at 130k. Adjuster came out named **** and said its not covered under section 8 of the contract. Cant get Endurance to stop the payments on my extended warranty I cannot use and they will not satisfy. Stay far away.

Endurance sucks! I have never left a negative for any business prior to this one. To make a long story short a friend of mine has the same vehicle as myself, same year so he recommended endurance to me. I called them up to hear what they were offering, I purchased the policy and from then on it was nothing but lies and misinformation. I felt like I was given a 6 for a 9 just to get me to buy the warranty. i purchase car warranty from Endurance on 6/27/2022 I've called to refund my money and was kept on hold for over 2 hours; i called back with this rude women who said i had to wait as if she knew it was me holding for last 2hours. Do will be filing paper against this company first thing tomorrow morning. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY !! FRAUD ... They take your money and don't want to refund b/c you found cheap coverage. ...

I had purchased an Endurance.com car service policy. It was very expensive like $250 a month for several months like24 months.Endurance refused to pay a full claim on an A/C Compressor.Endurance kept denying my mechanic then paid about 60% of the ****.I was out several hundred dollars.About a year later my transmission broke and needed to be rebuilt and they completely denied the transmission claim.Endurance said there was an Uber sticker on my caravan which is why they were denying my claim.My daughter in law drove maybe 12... read more

They are scamming people with their mailers making it look like their current extended warranty with them has a price increase and will no longer cover the vehicle trying to scare people into calling them and buying a new one from them. I'm so tired of people trying to scam me...they should not be allowed to conduct business.

Endurance is a scam. They take your payments then when you need help their not there. I went almost 2 weeks with no car because they said they had to send adjuster out, shouldn't take that long!! Then claim was denied. I will never use them again and hope thus review will help someone.

I signed an agreement for extended warranty services from a phone sale with Endurance. I immediately regretted and called back to cancel. I was passed along to 4 different people, not one directed me to Customer ********************** to request a cancellation form. Not one of them helped at all in any way. They knew on day 1 that I did not want the plan. Finally the company did refund me the initial payment. The refund made me think it was over. Then 30 days went by. Since my lovely wife handles pretty much all the mail and goings on with our finances, she was worried that I was going to lose my extended warrantee as we had received one of these mailers from Endurance!I don't have an extended warrantee on my vehicle!While Endurance may be legit, I will not do any business with them at this point because of their shady tactics alone!

I responded to a TV commercial about ENDURANCE AUTO WARRANTY COVERAGE. I gave them my bank debit card information. I understood it to be for a trial period. I gave my address for them to send the contract information. After 2 months, I received NO information at all. However, ENDURANCE has debited by bank account for 2 months of payments.
