Probably one of the worst extended warranty companies out there. Wont take responsibility, always puts blame on someone or something else. And customer ********************** is useless and dont take any accountability . Its not like I neglect any of my duties as a car owner and lack of maintenance either. They just dont wanna pay when it boils down to it.

This company is a scam! We paid $5,000 for a extended warranty through this company. Our Claim was denied wrongfully. Apparently if you do your oil change too soon it's called lack of maintenence to them. Our claim was denied even though there has been proper maintenance done on the vehicle. We have the ultimate coverage through them that even is suppose to help with a rental while your vehicle is broken down but for 3 months they still have not helped with a rental. This company is fraud. They will take your money and try their best to decline your claim. Stay away from them. I regret choosing this company
Well not happy. This is the first time we have used our warranty so we took the car to the dealership to get fixed. That being said we just found out that endurance covers a maximum labor rat and the reset comes out of our pocked . So after paying ******* for the warranty we have to pay a few hindered in lab out and the hundred dollar deductible out of our pockets . I brought my car in and was told that all the labor was not covered I had to pay an extra $55 plus my $100 deductible. Im going to contact endurance/mepco for reimbursement on the $55
They were rude to my long time mechanic. Been paying on this for over a year & finally needed a repair, which was denied. My mechanic told them over & over that the component itself failed, not a belt or hose, but when they replace parts, they dont put old hoses & belts on new parts. I fully expected to pay my deductible & cost to replace old hoses & belts. Filed a ********************** kept insisting it was a belt or hose that made my components fail. Not worth it whatsoever. Policy sounds good until its time for repair.
The plan itself is good but trying to cancel if you sell/trade the car is a nightmare. I've been trying to cancel my contract for over 2 weeks and I'm still getting the run around. I've notorized the form and faxed it in twice and emailed the form once and they still say they "can't find it".
