When I entered the contract with Endurance, I thought all I needed to do was notify them if I had a claim. However, when I filed a claim I was told that the mechanic needed to call. My mechanic did call them but the company claims that he never opened a claim. The mechanic thought after the conversation that he had opened a claim. When I called to follow through, the company claims he did not open a claim. No one told me prior to the repair work that I had to actually 'open a claim'. Terrible! Anyone thinking of getting this policy, think twice!! In March I called and accepted the policy. I was told it would go into effect after 30 days, on April 17. I paid a monthly fee both in April and May (besides the enrollment fee of $250). I went to the dealer for an oil change on May 23 and was told that Endurance wouldn't pay. When I called them, they told me that it wouldn't go into effect until I had driven ***** miles. I don't know anyone (possibly a few) that drives ***** in one month. Your company is deceitful. I will make sure all my friends and anyone that listens will never use Endurance. However the employee I talked to to cancel this policy was amazing and informative. I believe his name is *******. He listened to me and I was thankful for his ability to hear me.

This is really a scam. I will never use them. They claim over the phone that you will be 100% covered for everything but its a lie.

I think that this company lies on a daily basis just to get anyone signed up that they can get to give them a dollar. I bought a warranty on a car that I had last year. The factory warranty had just ran out and my wife feels better knowing we have some kind of warranty on the car. I purchased the warranty and I was told if in 30 days I wanted to cancel the warranty I could. I ended up selling the car a couple weeks later and I phoned them numerous times with no results. I was on the phone with the representative she was nice at the beginning but as I was letting her know about my cancelation she wanted me to do a survey I said sure but she was very pushing about this survey.

Do not purchase an Endurance Warrenty Contract .it's a false contract . Does not repair items stated in contract , they blame it on contributing factor that is not covered to cause damage to covereaged item . They give a run around transferring you from one person to the next . Verbally they tell you all major components are covered but denied repairs due to non covered items caused the damaged so it's not covered. It's con jip contract just to collect money from you . I never received anything in the mail about my policy. I tried to access it online with no luck. I sent a message to ask about that problem & was told that since I purchased it through a used car dealer that at this time I could not access it that way. They asked if I would like a copy of it emailed to me. I said yes please & received it instantly. From all the reviews I have read this is supposed to be the #1 extended warranty on the market. I guess time will tell if that is the case or not.

The worst warranty ever.!! they trick you to get you into buying the warranty but at the end the dont protect you as they said. They try so hard to make you buy it and they say 30 days try out. When you can even use the warranty after 30 days. Thats so stupid from them .
