TERRIBLE!! I had this service and not only did they pay a dime, not one auto shop rather the dealer or an independent shop wants to accept it because they dont pay or if they do they shirt change the payment! Customer ********************** was also terrible, long and unusual bold times and being transferred a lot when you want to discuss a claim. Finally when I told them I wanted to cancel they did everything in their power to want to pay my claim. I politely said no because they wanted me of course to keep my contract. Not... read more

Don't want to cover major issues, even when it states if it's an emergency get work done and they will give authorization.

STAY AWAY!!!! I called Endurance earlier this week to get pricing information. I was doing research to compare extended warranty companies, plans, and costs. I first spoke with **** who gave me all of the details for (and was really trying to push) their most expensive exclusionary plan. I purchased a policy with ENDURANCE for my 2008 jeep commander with about ******* and due to what I had heard about Car Shield and what prompted me to purchase the policy was I had just had a issue with my transmission and cost about $800 so I said I probably should get covered just in case going forward. about 2 months later I had just recently traveled and a few days after returning back home on way back from work the jeep started running very rough and the check engine light came. I had a bad experience with this warranty company. It started good with *********************** he wrote me up and got my down payment then he transferred to another customer ********************** representative Bren that did not do her job. She was very unprofessional stating she kept meaning to call me but got busy. Promise to call never did emailing me stating I had to take another offer. I joined the in March 17 th/ decided on the 18 th it wasnt for me- called and was on hold for over 45 min. Called on the 19 th/ cancelled contract- money to be return within 30 days, Never got the $100.00 refund/ been jerking me around check went out on the 18th. Called today and now the check went out in the 28th. Horrible customer **********************.

I have been paying this company for two years first time I tried to use this warranty the dealership I took my car to said that endurance was acting l Ime they didnt cover the problem I called endurance before I took my car there and they said I would be covered all I got out paying out for years was two tows thanks for nothing endurance Im canceling this good for nothing company

*************** on behalf of my dad ***************************. We both are very disappointed that his claim was denied. My dad (***************************)purchase this warranty in good faith and at this time he was told that the warranty would never pay out. This information was never disclosed prior to purchasing by your representative. At this point he is requesting a full refund. Please respond immediately. Looking forward to your prompt response.
