I purchased and paid for four months.....made a claim and was denied. Suspension system lower control arm. This company totally misrepresented themselves, lies to no avail and makes it almost impossible to cancel. They took the money to sign ** in record time, but when it comes time to pay out the claim they seem to have a good reason not to. They're a money hustle. Stay away.
Received a letter that "Loyalty Pricing" prices were going up on May 5, 2022. But the letter is for a vehicle I no longer own, and addressed to a name that no longer exists. This from a company that has never been connected to said vehicle, name, or this household. When I called to have my address removed, they wanted to know who the current owner is, what I currently drive, and were quite rude about it, including repeatedly misgendering me, after I made a point that it was "ma'am, not sir" several times. I called once for information. I was not interested in using endurance in the end. They dont stop calling me. I have asked them multiple times to stop contacting me. They say they wont contact me again and today they called AGAIN! they wont stop harassing me!
My car was at the dealership service department endurance refused to cover parts that needed fixed. Evaporater,water pump and blower motor. After not having my car for 2 weeks I pick it up its even worse now. No ac at all. I am disabled and have breathing issues so driving in south ******* is unbearable without ac. I take to a different dealership they said same three parts need replaced. They refuse to fix water pump again when it is showing dye leaking failure of proof met. Endurance say nope. They refused to honor my contract by not paying for a claim. I met every criteria that was on my contract. I called numerous times to cancel and receive a refund,to no avail.
I had this coverage for 3 or more years. I have a 2007 *** which they covered. I follow all the maintenance instructions and now I have a transmission problem. They have denied to cover any charges because they say "they do not cover wear and tear issues". Why else would you get this type of coverage? This is a RIP OFF company. Stay away from them. Worst customer ********************** ever. Purchased the warranty for extra coverage for my car. I made the down payment and was told by the representative I had 30 days to overlook the contract and if I dislike the agreement I could cancel and have my down payment back. Received a letter stating a price increase of between 150 and 500 dollars per year. Per phone call to agent stated coverage is needed by april 28th, 2022 to remain valid. I explained firstly we have a leased vehicle and has a 60 month full coverage and a 10 year drive train warranty. The milage has only ***** miles. We never ever had Endurance for vehicle protection. I received an unsolicited letter from this company asking me to call about service contract on my vehicle. You did not list which vehicle in which this was about and trying scam me in purchasing a something I never asked for. I have not owned a vehicle for many years and I suggest you stop sending unsolicited mails to random people.
