Purchased a policy for my 2016 ***** Silverado z71. When I purchased the service agreement from the sales man he asked a serious of questions about the vechile such as does it have a lift kit? My response was no it has a leveling kit then he asked the tire size which I then told him also told him about my taunto cover and my exhaust. I received an unsolicited mailing (and I don't even own a car!). I called their number and requested that my mailing address be removed from their database (no idea if they will actually comply). I also inquired as to how they obtained my address, and the representative I spoke with claimed that they do not buy any information, and only use publicly-available information. Endurance Direct Warranty had a policy that I wanted to buy but the Representative told me I was lying about the mileage on my *** (he would know)and they would not cover me in late October 2021. On December 1 the same Representative call me to sell me a policy and I ask him why was he calling me when he was the same rep who denied me, he then hung up on me, same day I get an email also trying to sell me a warranty, I replied why?? Paid for a Endurance WARRANTY plan for a year AND then, the first claim got filed. And , It was denied AND, then I cancelled the plan AND, ONLY got back $445.00 of the $1200.00 that I had PAID IN. That's how I spell......POOR SERVICE.
I purchased an extended service warranty for my vehicle which was based on mileage and time. When I sold the vehicle I requested a pro-rated refund based on mileage driven and time owned. I was told I would not get anything refunded because they paid claims. Rather than the person who took my cancellation request explaining how a refund would be calculated they just let you cancel it. I am not impressed. When i called Endurance regarding a letter they sent my deceased husband, I first spoke with a young lady named ***** and she could not answer my questions so i asked for a supervisor. Once ***** got on the phone, I added my nephew because he wanted to know about the auto insurance as well. We asked ***** what all the insurance covered. They are extremely dishonest. Please beware! First of all they have dishonest marketing practices, secondly they don't cover what they say they will due to technical exclusions which are worded craftily, thirdly they insist on callers immediately leaving a five star review without ever filing a claim. If you read the ****** reviews almost 100% of the good reviews are written by new clients. They have no idea how they duped they are!
This company only wants your money they dont want to help you, they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to you actually having to try and use the warranty. Extremely low price caps and not to mention their reps will cut you off in the middle of talking.
Bad Business, false advertising from 30 to 60 day money back refund. Mepco Payment Plan they will lie. i tried contact the Rep who started my policy he is now M.I.A i would not leave a star.
