I considered buying a warranty for my ****** legacy and after initially completing request to buy into, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. The first Representative then went on again to try to sell me a policy by sending me reviews or statistics on my vehicle which were negative, of course, to help me reconsider my decision. Finally outcome was let's do this "I will move payment to another date" Then when that date came I still wanted to cancel and finally was able to get it cancelled. I have only started dealing with Endurance for a short period and everyone has been very nice and helpful to me. I have been able to understand everyone and that makes my life easier.
The first ****** I talked to her name is ********. I didn't want to talk to her. I wanted to take my money back from endurance. She was rude uninformative, and I just didn't want to talk to her no more. She couldn't sold me a piece of bubble gum. She connected me to a young lady named ********* *********.
