The representative answered all my questions from A-to-Z and I mean, I asked a lot of questions about coverage. What it covered if it would cover this if it would cover that and they were upfront with me, told me I mean, they went detailed, detailed detail, unlike everything that it would cover for my pick up and I was extremely extremely happy with it. I have heard negative ************************************* pertaining to other businesses in this industry so frankly I was skeptical & knew that the 3rd party extended warranty I bought from my auto dealer at the time I purchased my new vehicle in 2019 was ending, I did phone them for the exact end date of the coverage & to inquire about paying for another period of insurance.But they do not work directly with the customer they only work thru the auto dealerships & unfortunately the auto dealer was no longer working with t... read more

Though Ive not had to use my warranty, I feel so much better about having their coverage. I had to replace my alternator and battery in my 2017 ******** CT6 out of pocket which cost me $1500.00. This is one of the reasons I purchased their car warranty as these repairs can get quite expensive. I feel much more confident having coverage in the future knowing Im protected for repairs I otherwise could not afford.
