Had a question about why my monthly payment wasn't on my charge this month ..... came to find out I was paid up. The lady I spoke with was such a delight ... bubbly, courteous & I could understand her. This was a good way to start the day ..... **** paid & someone nice on the phone. What more could you ask for?

initially, I was irritated because I had to tell the person that answered the call the information and then they transfer to another person to give the same information. I thought it was redundant, and I was irritated that the second guy called me down and said I want to do what I can do to help you with your insurance on your car so he explained everything I added some additional coverage Tables my payment lowered because of my military guy was extremely helpful and I was glad that he called me down. Hes a good man.
My customer service experience was exceptional. When she answered the phone it was very pleasant, I felt a great vibe from her, beautiful spirit. I had some questions, she answer all very professional. Great job to her.

I called for clarification on why my payments weren't taken out of my checking account. The person I talked with was great and she informed me that my account was paid up. Great news. I have only used Endurance once since I have had my policy and the experience was wonderful.
