I needed a tow from my mechanics garage to a ***** dealer, due to my mechanic did work on my car abs as he was test driving, someone rear ended him. Endurance would NOT supply a tow saying they only cover roadside assistance tows, and since my car was in an accident, they wouldnt tow it. Then, I said I wanted to cancel my endurance warranty, a man named **** berated me by telling me why I need their coverage. Get services done is **********. They try to find any reason to not cover it. I added on an extra package to my plan that covers my technology in my car. Had technology problem and they still wouldnt cover it. Had maintenance plan that covers oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Theres no places that qualify to do it in my area. I live in a big urban city.

I have had my car at the dealership for over a month now and every day it is a ridiculous wait to hear back from anyone and after two weeks a the adjuster came out and now they are requesting parts from endurance and they say they are backed up? Really makes me look bad giving my car to a professional dealership and dealing with this company. My car has been under review for long enough and its my only car!

I took my car to the **** dealership because my car started to have a ticking noise. My car has been in shop for almost five weeks. An adjuster has come out inspected the vehicle. They asked for oil change records which I provided within 24 hours. Then they said another adjuster had to inspect the vehicle. ***** was a back an fourth situation. Another adjuster has come out and all the necessary oil change reports have been provided yet still the car hasn't been approved for repair. It's a lot of back in forth waiting on hold... read more

This ******* is not worth the money they charge. They sell you information to 3rd party warranty companies and if you have an older model vehicle they do not cover anything. The representatives lie to get the sale and when you actually need coverage they deny your claims. The claims representatives are beyond rude. I give them 0 stars. Completely awful, horrible multimillion dollar ********!! Save yourself the money and the headache. No one wants to pay someone to tell them you have to pay for your repairs out of pocket.The ... read more

I bought a used car got my tags. I didnt remember how many miles was on my car when I got the tag. The lady told me to just guess. I told her I knew it wasnt more than 150000 but didnt think it as that many. A couple of months later we decided to check into getting a warranty we called and spoke to a couple of companies and decided to go with. Endurance. She. I have never been upset with a company before. I understand companies are about making money but they should not be about ripping off clients. Not only have I been ripped off by endurance I have received the worse overall service. I received more respect while deployed to **** than by this company from people who wanted to hurt me. only person who has been consistent ***** **** who sold me the policy. I took my car in for repairs and had to wait two days for an Endurance adjuster to go to the dealer where my car is. I have now been waiting 12 days for an adjuster to look at my claim! I have called in 4 times now as well as the dealership calling a few times. We are put on hold for more than 40 min. then get the same scripted response. I can't wait to try and get my rental car expense back!I will tell everyone I know not to deal with Endurance Warranty! "

I purchased this warranty the same time that I purchased my vehicle. My vehicle is now sitting in the shop and the part that is broken is a covered part, however, the warranty company keeps telling me that this is a "pre-existing condidtion" and they refuse to cover the part. Each person I have talked to has given me a different reason as to why it's considered "pre-existing".
