This is a horrible company. I have three cars with them which I am now canceling. They don't make the process easy. I thought I had canceled one a month ago but was told today I was supposed to fill out some paperwork that I never received to complete the cancellation. So, all the problems started from the Get GO. They stated we would receive vouchers that we could use to purchase things, which was a lie, they are just coupons, which I should of know at that point they were liars. I called customer service about getting my car repaired. I asked them was the part covered and the diagnostic before I took it in to be checked. They told me yes take it to an approved company and it would be taken care of. I called twice to make sure and again they said yes. After taking it to the company and them running diagnostic they called Endurance to get it approved for repair. They denied it, so I had to pay $100 out my pocket just for the diagnostic. I purchased a warranty on january 2021, just a couple weeks ago I had an oil change done which is part of my contract, and it took a week for the shop to get paid... Last week I was trying to get repair done on my truck for a part that's covered, but endurance told the mechanic shop and me that it only takes 9/10's of an hour to do the job...the mechanic said it would take an hour and a half.. seems endurance don't wanna pay the full labor costs and parts even after I would pay the 100.00 deductible.... Sold the covered vehicle. Takes an act of congress to cancel, including they want a notorized letter with the milage of the vehicle a traded in a month ago to cancel. They keep sending me bills for a policy on a vehicle I DON"T OWN. STAY AWAY!!!!

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE! IF YOU CAN BUY ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER WARRANTY PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO IT! This company does not like to pay for repairs that are needed. I am a service advisor And have dealt with them for the first time I highly recommended not to purchase their bogus contracts!

Ppl pay alot of money for car extended insurance and alot of parts that should be covered isn't. So getting around to keep their money flowing, its even harder for them to get things approved

This is the worst extended warranty company out there. I took my car in for covered repairs. The dealership called endurance and they denied the claim because they couldn’t believe I drove 27k in a year. I work out of town so this year I did. So the same day I rented a car drive to the dealership to get oil changes to prove my mileage is accurate. My vehicle has been out of commission with Endurance since JANUARY 2021...it's April. EVERYTIME I call, I get different lies about the progress. The inspector showed up a week later than scheduled. EVERY TIME I call Endurance, they state they need the same information. The repair shop is just as frustrated as I am. I called and was given a price based on an odometer of 20,000. I called back with the exact miles of 20,454 and the price went up over $500.00. Run, do not walk away from these people. If this is how they operate, how bad will they be when I actually need them?
