horrible experience. they charged me well over 3000 for there service. and when I had motor problems. I had a very hard time getting them to pay , I had to call a lot and write a lot. and I just got the run. around. , my friend payed 1500 for the same service contract. I am not sure of what kind of scam they. are pulling
i recently purchased an extended warranty for my 2010 chevy tahoe. when i was on the phone with the rep, i was told to give an estimated mileage of my vehicle. i told the rep i would have to call him back, being that i was at work and had to go outside to check the mileage and would have to call him back. he then told me this was a internet special for one call only and i could not call him back looking for the same price for the warranty. i gave 105,000 (i have not checked the mileage since i bought the vehicle a year ago) ... read more
These people purport to be some kind of official agency or even connected with your car's manufacturer. They claim your warranty has or is about to expire, based not on actual records, for instance, that you have an extended warranty with the manufacturer, but only on age of vehicle and usual mileage. They will also call you repeatedly. Basically a scam.
My name is Chris ********* I called your sales office today, and spoke with someone named Corey. He was very rude and hung up on me at the end of the call, when I told him I wanted to call him back on a more cheaper coverage plan. I dont have the number to file a complaint about that, so please forward this over to the complaint department in sales. Please let them know that they just lost an interested customer, because Corey from the Vehicle Warranty sales department is Very unprofessional !!
the following story is almost identical to mine only I bought my truck from a dealer and purchased the warranty they denied three claims in six months for this exact reason one being the front drive shaft which they said given the mileage since I bought couldn't have possibly not been bad upon purchase???????!!!!! whatever that was suppose to mean as if I couldn't have driven off the lot and broke down immediately in which case should still be covered since I payed from that day forward and all up front. then the ball joints... read more
The letter sent out to potential customers is an officious looking letter warning of possible warranty expiration. Nowhere on this letter is any listing of "Endurance Warranty Service". Terms like "Vehicle Alert Notice". "By neglecting this notice your coverage will be at risk...." "Out records indicate you have received multiple notices...". Endurance warranty is an absolute scam! These guys will fight you just so they don’t have to pay a claim. Their customer service is horrible everyone plays phone tag and passes you off to someone else. I paid 3k for coverage and when I need my sunroof repaired they denied and said because I installed shocks that aren’t original all the vehicle is voided. The mangers are not there to help you or resolve problems. Save your money or go with any other company.
This is a review not a complaint. When I purchased my vehicle I purchased an extended warranty from the dealer that covered my car bumper to bumper. In shopping around after the initial purchase I came across this company and due to the total price difference and no interest payments I cancelled the original policy I purchased from dealer and replaced it with one from this company. THIS COMPANY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. We have been actively paying on our extended warranty for over a year. Recently my 2013 ****** Outback needed to have the engine repaired due to an oil leak. They Declined the claim due to the fine print. READ THE FINE PRINT. Endurance will find any way to not pay for the claim.
