“LOOK AT RETURN POLICY BEFORE BUYING!!!!” I ordered a size 2 XL jersey, and what I received was a jersey that fit my 8 year old child. They do not include a return form in the box, because you are required to call them, sit on hold for 30 minutes, and then ask them for permission to return the item. You are then advised that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a "restocking fee", therefore making it not worth your time or money to return an item that you never stood a chance at being able to use. “No words bad enough” What kind of company shows a picture of a product that is not accurate, ships that product to the customer stained and dirty, makes the customer wait on hold for 20 minutes to get a return authorization number, instead of just giving the return information they keep trying to get you to place a new order, charges a restocking fee if you don't place a new order, won't pay for the return shipping and tells the customer to wash the item before returning it, which VIOLATES THEIR OWN ONLINE RETURN POLICY THA... read more

“Terrible experience” I ordered close to $700 worth of equipment. They called me within 20 minutes to tell me they wouldn't deliver to my address. They wanted another address. I had none and cancelled the order. They refunded the amount minus $28.53 for god knows what. Of course I would know the answer if they answered the phone or returned my phone calls. Now dealing with Visa resolution department.

“It was okay.” While the shirt and the skirt were the same size (kids small I think) and same brand the shirt was too big and the skirt was too small. She was able to wear it one time. Also, I ordered white pom poms but only got one because apparently you sell them individually which is kind of ridiculous. First of all that is just a pom. Not a pom pom. “Mismatched Expectations? “Not the quality I was looking for” The windbreaker was not the quality I was looking for. I was looking for something with a more substantial weight. You can see thru the fabric and the lining. I was looking for something that wasn't transparent. Sorely disappointed but don't want to send back and spend more money than the item is worth.

“The service was poor and horrible!!!” 0!! From the online site to the customer service rep who was very nonchalant and didnt have any empathy on my concerns pertaining to my order. We ordered over 30+ socks for our football team and was expecting to do more for breast cancer. We expected sock size to be the same as shoe size. “Order not received yet!!!!!” Still waiting for my order from EpicSports. Order ID: 2917318. Received an email asking for me to tell you if I have received my order but no link was provided to indicate that the order has not arrived. Only a link to confirm order has been received. Please send my stuff ASAP because I have a bike trip coming up soon.

“Poor customer service and slow shipping” Paid more for shipping, so we would have our socks for our first soccer game and that didn't happen! I received multiple emails saying my order was on back order and I received tracking information for someone else's order. The customer services is horrible and they give you no information about your order. I will not order from this company again and I think I deserve a shipping refund, since my order showed up 6 days late!
