“Slow and expensive shipping” My order didn't process for over a week and I paid $13+ Shipping for 3 day shipping. Spoke with other parents who got their orders quicker when they paid the cheaper standard shipping. Tried to contact company by phone and email. Over 10 min hold and never spoke to anyone in customer service and email was never responded to. Product was as advertised and good price and fit well. “Never sent tracking information....” Needed umpire shoes for a tournament. Ordered more than a week ahead of time, after seeing the item was in stock. After 3 business days I asked where is my tracking number...Had to wait on hold 20 minutes before customer service rep even got on phone. They told me they were "getting in" my item. I asked if I could cancel and buy elsewhere so I could have the shoes on time. They told I couldn't cancel my order. “Paid for faster shipping, received slow shipping” Items took forever to get here and were way beyond the estimated shipping date. I even paid extra for expedited shipping and got the items about a week late. Items purchased are reasonably good quality.

“Literally the WORST. FRAUD.” This company is a SCAM. They claim the items are out of stock AFTER they charge you. Then they continue to email you and call you repeatedly (with a recording) to tell you to contact them to process your order, but it is impossible to get a human on the phone. I contacted my bank and reported them for fraud. Terrible experience.

“Worst experience ever” Placed an order on 08/20/2017 and my account was charged $158.00. I was sent an email saying my delivery date was 08/28. On the 29th I call customer service and was told they were waiting for part of my order to be sent from a different company. I requested a supervisor to contact me. Customer service representative said she would track down the problem and call me on the 30th. I received no call. I got an email on the 31st saying they were going to look into it. “Recorded Calls at 7AM” I have received recorded message calls @ 7AM on Saturday and Monday. Thank Goodness they did not call on Sunday. I tried to call back both times and they were closed. So why are you waking me up if you are not open? “Order at your own risk” I placed an order on 7/27/17 and my credit card was charged immediately. It has been one month and I still have not received my order. I called on 8/24/17 and the operator blamed Under Armour for the delay. But, they (a) never sent anything telling me that the order would be delayed, (b) failed to go ahead and send the other pieces of the order, and (c) did not do anything to make it right or even agree to speed up the shipping. “Terrible costumer service” Rude Manager. Do not order from them. Terrible customer service, rude and unaccommodating. Be prepared for overpriced shipping, and a 20% restocking fee PLUS having to pay your own shipping back. The product I ordered were baseball shirts for my team, not satisfied at all with the product. I ordered different sizes but neck opening from a medium size were as big as the XXL. Save yourself and PLEASE shop elsewhere.

“Wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire” I see all these reviews out there how fast shipping is, but yet I ordered on 8/13/17 and it's now 8/23/17 with no answer to why it's not shipped out when I called. At this rate my sons' football season will be over by the time the items arrive, thanks epic sports for your epic FAILURE!
