“said delivered package, never did, I've lived here 6 years and never had a lost package” Manager was rude over talking when I was, told me I had to wait 8-10 days for them to track and now I'm out of product. Never again

“Toddler cheerleading outfit” It was OK I feel I spend a lot of money and the top had some weird Mess UPS in stitching. You could do it over there but just not the skirt was really cute and fit pretty good but very cheap material

“Terrible customer service, heavy fees for returns” Terrible company. Do not order from them. Terrible customer service, rude and unaccommodating. Be prepared for overpriced shipping, and a 20% restocking fee PLUS having to pay your own shipping back. The product didn't even have a tag or plastic bag on it. When I called to ask for return shipping label, there are no free returns plus that fee. Save yourself and PLEASE shop elsewhere.

“The WORST on-line purchase I have EVER made!” I have purchased baseball pants for 11 years and have NEVER seen pants made out of this material. They could not have been authentic Rawlings pants. They were extremely thin and "scratchy". I purchased several pairs of Rawlings baseball pants for a total of $68.45 including $7.69 shipping which took 14 days to arrive . I returned them. “Terrible Customer Service” I made a purchase on a Sunday and called to ensure a note could be added the very next day as soon as live bodies were available. The customer rep and the manager wouldn't even allow me to speak as they continuously kept repeating themselves that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything to help me ensure I'd receive the product ordered. “Ridiculous return policy and fees” Ridiculous return policy and fees. Would like to return a item but with the restocking fee and shipping costs, it does not make sense financially to return it. I was excited to find your website as I am a manager of a baseball facility here in NJ. Needless to say we will not be reccomending you to our teams.

“The absolute worst customer service every” I had so much hope for this company, but their service is pathetic. I will never order anything from them. I went several levels up trying to get my issue resolved and was treated like they were doing me a favor by letting me buy from them. Obviously I was not the first to complain (and you see from other reviews) because their responses were all canned recites of their 'policy'. I really could care less about their policies. “Customer service” First representative was rude had a bad attitude. I was not transferred to a Customer relations manager that was requested. Called back again and was able to get my items embroidered. why tell me it's not possible and then was done with the second representative? This wouldn't of happened if the website gave an option for embroidery.
