I rate this company a zero and a scam artist. They charge a very expensive fee with a warranty that they do not honor. I have been fighting for three years to get Resolution to the poor workmanship that has been done on my Log home. Now my home is becoming damaged and I am unable to get resolution over numerous promises to come and resolve. Stay away from this company.

I filled out a webform for a basement waterproofing estimate and got a call back immediately. I had put my name as Cee and the representative was calling me maam. When it came time to set the appointment, they wouldnt do it since both homeowners wouldnt be home. After I hung up, I resubmitted the webform, except this time I put my name as *****. I asked for an estimate. The person making the estimate stepped through my ceiling. He told me not to worry because the company was insured and would take care of everything. Everything included me finding contractors to repair the damage. They selected one that did NOT complete the repair. I was left to do the paint work. I had to make a couple of trips to the hardware store, buy paint and tools, move everything out of the way, tape and hang plastic to protect other surfaces in the area, do the painting, do the cleanup, and... read more

I had a salesman come to my home and felt forced to sign a contract for a new roof and some wood damage. They provided photos, which are unavailable to me now. Ive had to deal with 5 or 6 different people who arent taking responsibility. My complaint is that the Project Manager called to give me my balance, which I told him the second part of the job wasnt complete, Ive called several with no answers. I would submit a complaint but the bbb website but isnt working. I will later. Basically after thinking on the decision and having some family medical emergency come up I decided to cancel my contract within the 3 day span. The *** tried to resell me however I told him we had something personal come up. The medical issue was that my Father was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. I was talked in to temporarily using financial company To get the job started, I had money coming in to pay for the job.I did not see the financial paper work and also did not know that the financial company would charge you $ ****** for signing , I was not given time to read the fine print, I was toll that I have 45 day to pay it off, if I did that I would had to pay a sum of $426.87 in interest.Far as I'm concerned I was not given Truth in Lending statment to advise me of the possible interest that would incurred.I WANT MY... read more

Misleading information about financing and completely unwilling to assist customers needs after installation. Terrible customer service. I would deter anyone from hiring this company!
