The roof looks great and the people involved were all courteous and answered all the questions I had for them. Will recommend them.
I had my roof done by Erie yesterday and they did a great job. The roof looks great. The guys were nice and cleaned up after themselves afterwards, which was nice.
Everyone was professional and courteous from the sales person to the laborers. Everything was done to the letter. We would definitely use them again if needed Fabulous company to work with. Thanks for your help.
The crew were courteous and extremely professional. I'm very happy with the new roof. We had an incident where one of the roofer's foot came thru a rotted deckboard (one of the reasons we were getting a new roof) and came through my vaulted dining room ceiling. I quickly asked if they were alright but they need to see what happened so they could fix the hole in my ceiling. Erie Roofing did EVERYTHING they promised including but NOT limited to on time arrival time, on time completion, and a BEAUTIUL looking roof to boot. I would HIGHLY reccomend Erie Roofing to ANY ONE who is considering a new roof...I was TOTALLY satisfied with what and HOW they preformed their job and bussiness..as far as I'm concerned...JOB WELL DONE!!!
The entire process...from the salesmen coming out to inspect my roof...then showing me their options and explaining the difference between each option... it was a positive experience! With the years of experience and the history of the company plus the number of locations...I felt secure in hiring them.
