Sewer line and furnace damaged $1200 for sewer $1400 for furnace due to carelessness. They left huge mess! Warning! Never Again.
This is my second review because they won’t stop texting me about reviewing them. The roof is great. The financing and process is not. My roof was torn off right before a rainstorm and no tarping occurred until I called them. I had to seal up open holes in the roof myself. There is unresolved water damage to walls and ceilings. I asked to pay one lump sum and they sent me through financing, where interest is accrued before you receive a bill. Very, VERY pushy salesman ****** really convinced me at first I was getting the best of the best when it came to materials and warranty. Claimed the warranty was 30 years for fiberglass roof with EVERYTHING being covered. Labor to materials to even if a leak broke my TV. Sounds amazing, right? I would not recommend this company. Erie Home Roofing They over charged me for roofing work. The guys that came to my house told me that the roof is falling apart and needed to be replaced. This scared me into having them do the work immediately. The pictures they showed me was not my house roof and I have been calling the company to send me the pictures but it looks like everyone is missing because they are not answering my phone calls. The two gentleman were very polite from Erie Home's that did the epoxy and foam crake seal. They spilled the epoxy on the floor and did not clean it up fully and now it has stained the concrete. We are only two week from the installation and it appears ok. Only time will tell if it worked to seal the concrete walls.
Misleading Sale Practices. Do not sign a ******** contract with this company.
It I could give a 0, I would... ************ says one thing and does another. They make excuse when they mess up...like when they left the **** dumpster in my driveway for 3 days when it was supposed to be taken away the day their work was done. By leaving the dumpster in my driveway for 3 days it cost my family to lose money not being able to get our truck out of the garage to get to work. The work they contracted out was good(should be perfect for the price). With minimal time to research due to an insurance issue and winter closing in, we were fully reliant on the word of the sales representative. After agreeing to the job and doing more research, We find out that most of the things the sales representative told us was misleading and incorrect. 0 star I over paid for a 30,000$ asphalt roof I called in march explaing to them my concern they have beat around the bush now I have water entering my way walls into my addition around my tv (hung on brick) mold in my bathroom/ bedroom they keep telling me “ they have to order stuff” well you didn’t when it came to signing on 30000 dollar roof
