We had 2 representatives come to our home and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the process in detail and even had some pieces to show the product. We felt very confident after their explanation and move forward with the new roof. The day of the installation the workers showed up at our home early in the morning. The project was completed beautifully and the project manager kept in touch during the project l. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy with the product.

I had an excellent experience with Erie Construction (Rochester NY) when replacing my roof. All aspects from initial contact and visit from the sales team through scheduling and the actual construction was organized and pleasant. The sales people didn't try to oversell. They recommended a roof-over since the bones of the roof were good and the old shingles were still flat and didn't pressure me to choose the more expensive metal roof over their impressively designed and constructed shingles. Short version: Our experience with Erie Home was exceptional! We appreciated their thoroughness, as they explained their products and believe they are the best quality on the market and we would recommend them 10 out of 10 times! I am so impressed by the whole process from salesman being so knowledgeable of product and company he answered all questions that we had and since my attic only had gable vents he suggested that we put in ridge vent and exhaust fan to regulate the temp in the attic , the instsllers did a great job even in the temperature in the teens and snow that started after they had pulled the old roof off they fought the cold and weather and got the job done .We aee very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Erie constr... read more

The Erie Homes branch in Oklahoma city is top rate. Very friendly and professional. The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They left my property in better condition than when they arrived. If you need roofing done, give them a chance. You won't regret it.
