My car still has 2.5 yrs factory warranty. This is incredibly deceptive mailer in multiple ways. Not even sure it is legal. Other businesses would lose their license for this kind of false advertising.

Horrible business model that takes advantage of less knowledgeable people by pretending to be officially associatrd with your cars actual manufacturer warranty. They are not. They just use the mail to try and pretend they are affiliated with the person you bought the car from, but they are not. Do not use.

I fell victim to the deceptive mailings by this company. They (***** - customer service manager) admitted on the phone call that they know their mail has a deceptive theme as they attempt to represent the auto company your car was purchased through. Their best practices are in bad faith. By using the "ticking time bomb" method used in their letter, this company feeds on those that *** not be knowledgeable or aware that they are already covered. Seems like a big scam company. I constantly receive letters from them for my 2011 ***** Element. I never had that years car. Guess this time they realized that and sent another letter for my 2017 ***** Element. But guess what. ***** stopped making the Element in 2011

This company is a BIG SCAM and should be against the law. They send out fake warranty notices, how you can save on repairs/maintenance on services. They talk to you into paying for something YOU DO NOT NEED!!. My vehicle is brand new, and still has 3 yrs of factory warranty left. They were suppose to send me an email and a letter with information of their services which I never received.If you get a letter in the mail, BURN IT, SHRED IT OR what ever you need to with the **** S*** letter.

Very deceptive mailings. They are NOT the *** (original equipment manufacturer). Their name only appears in the small print. Shame on their marketing team.Buyer be AWARE!

My brother is 90 and has dementia. He purchased an extended automobile warranty on a brand new car for $4,800. He did not need the warranty but after speaking to the sales associate he decided to make the purchase. Since I oversee some of his spending, we immediately mailed a letter to Evercare to dispute the purchase and ask for a refund (as per their refund instructions in the contract). This company is a scam and should be against the law. They send out fake warranty notices, trying to scam you into paying for something you DO NOT NEED!!. My vehicle is brand new, and still has 2.5 yrs of factory warranty left. No where do they say that this is an optional. It's a scare tactic that unfortunately probably works all to often....

i called them today because i got several letters, the final one came in pink, and said immediate response. So i called and they talked so fast and sent me over to the financial person who spoke really fast, and basically said if I dont get this coverage, i would be spending thousands of dollars if my car broke. He said he would give me a cheap down payment, but then my monthly payments would be **** near 300 dollars, i told him that i would not be able to afford those payments.
